Today's sock's cannot be bulky, because today's athletic shoes are extremely form ~ fitting . Thus , your design of highly ventilated, thin with targeted cushioning is the perfect layout.

Hiking in Oboze shoes and long distance walking in New Balance. I have been wearing smart wool socks for several years and love them. While these new ones are fine, they do not seem as well cushioned as my old ones.

Great product. I've been wearing these with my hiking boots or Blundstones this spring and they are perfect bc they are a little thicker and cover my ankle but my feet don't get too hot and they don't show with my Blundstones.

Use these for running and walking

Use these in my Vivobarefoot shoes for walking and running. Good fit and very confortable.

Although I stated in the title that the socks were worth the price, I must admit that bought them at a discounted price which makes my statement easier to make. I am very please with the socks and would purchase again.

These are great as expected with Smartwool. Just enough cushion not too much.

Although just a little large the quality is outstanding.

My podiatrist recommended them to me.

Wear these every day, from first thing in the morning till bedtime.

Wear smartwool ankle socks because I have problems and my podiatrist told me not to wear cotton, but I should only wear wool. So, I tried a pair of smartwool and loved them. They are great for when I go for a walk.

Excellent fit and very comfortable

These are my favorite running socks. They're warm on cold days and they're not soggy on hot days. They're comfortable and cushy. I uses calf sleeves if I need/want compression because my other go to socks are full compression socks but these are a better treat for the feet :)

Light weight, yet well cushioned.

I walk about 5 miles a day. Some of my Smartwool socks are 4 years old. Smartwool are the most comfortable longest wearing socks.

Best gym socks ever. Will never use a different sock to workout. They never get loose, and hold their shape and remain supportive for years.

My first time purchasing smartwool cushion running socks. I am amazed at the quality and comfort of these socks. I ran in 58 humid weather for the first attempt with a smartwool sock. After a 6 mile run these socks looked new, no stretching no bunching and dry as the desert floor. Only wish I'd tried Smartwool years sooner. Great comfort on my sensitive skin, the smartwool has no itch and seems to keep me feet at a very comfortable temperature.

I use these socks for running. Love the cushion in front and back of sock. My feet do not slide in shoe either. Can run miles in these socks without issues. My favorite socks to run in.

Without questioning these are the best socks I have ever owned. They keep My feet comfortable regardless of whether it's cold or hot outside. They keep moisture away from my feet, Keeping my feet comfortable. I have become a huge fan of smartwool socks and they are all that I will wear now. I have the thick ones for cold weather. The medium ankle socks for mild weather and the thin ankle running socks for warm weather.

I'm a long-time (many years) customer of Smartwool. Their socks are the only ones I use for running and working out. Even though one pair is not inexpensive, they do last for quite a while (5 years or so). Overall, I'm pleased with Smartwool. I've spent a lot of money on Smartwool products to include, socks (ankle, mid and over the calf), winter hats and jackets.

The socks are high quality and fit great. I wish the photos had shown the sock height relative to a pair of shoes. I would have bought shorter (low ankle) socks had I understood how tall these socks were.
