Absolutely a great buy. The fit with my flat feet couldn't be better. The build quality is outstanding, the stitching is robust and tight!

Liked the shoe but the 4E was still too narrow, even though the size I usually order. Wish they fit. Was a nice shoe.

I liked the shoe but a couple of times wearing it and my feet hurt. I need a size 14 Extra Wide

This is a sharp looking shoe! Love everything about it. **One thing to note: I ended up having to buy a whole size smaller than what I normally wear (9.5 in Nike, but 8.5 in these) Can’t wait to tear up the course this summer in these bad-boys!

Only problem is that I had to return it. After only wearing them for 1 day of golf, the bottom/front piece started separating from the shoe. That's the part of the outside bottom of the shoe that curves up toward the toes. Zappos is great on returns, but I'm afraid the new replacement doesn't look promising. It's a defect in the manufacturing. Shame on you New Balance!

They were a little small. I take the same size in most shoes so was surprised.

these are great... for reference I usually wear a size 11 in nike and vans, however I had to go a full size smaller w/these (down to a size 10)

Love NB golf offerings (as I have wide width). This is my second pair of 997Gs—styling here is pretty sharp too.

I wore these golfing for the first time last weekend and really like them. Fit great and love the touch of blue on the shoes. These have the extra grips on the bottom and really held my feet still. Was also nice to have that as the grass was wet and small hill sides were slippery but these shoes held fast for me. Nice pair of golf shoes. I got these in size 16 extra wide in case you have bigger feet and are curious.

These are true to size comfortable shoes. It's so pretty.

My feet are comfortable and I think it would be great for walking.

I replaced the insoles with some sports rated insoles. I broke them in wearing them around the house for a few hours before taking them out to play golf in. I’ve only played 9 holes so far and they felt pretty darn good. The real test will be when I play a full 18 holes, but so far so good. I usually walk rather than ride when I play golf, so I certainly need a golf shoe that has great support and is extremely comfortable.

Very nice shoe but too small for me

The shoes are not comfortable. The sole is hard. I’ll have to buy an insert. I wear only new balance because of the many with 4E. But the ran a little long. These have soft spikes fyi. Not excited about that. Not needed.

These don’t seem like the normal New Balance fit or quality. I usually grab a 10 2E and it’s always just right. These are totally different. Too narrow and too big. Not comfortable at all. Narrow toe box.

Soles of shoes gave out after ~6 months of wear 1/2x a week. I walk the course and these were very uncomfortable.
