Just got back from my first trip with this backpack and I loved everything about it. Perfect size, very comfortable to carry (clearly designed for a woman's shoulder size, A+), just the right amount of pockets and zips. I just wish it had a trolley sleeve. Not a dealbreaker, but it would have come in handy for travel by train and plane. Day trips, it's perfect.

Wanted to get a bookbag that could withstand a little rain and this bookbag does just that. A good size for every day use and has enough space to put a pair of sneakers and gym clothes. Only issue if you put anything bulky in the front zipper pocket it makes it a little difficult to rearrange anything in the pockets behind it.

It's smaller than my Recon but I like how lightweight it is. I enjoy thats it's slim and easy to carry.

I use this backpack for school. The backpack is smaller than the Recon I used to have, but I like the compactness. It's light, has good space and compartments for school, and very durable. The water bottle holder is a little skinny, but fits my 18oz bottle.

Bought a new 15" macbook so I HAD to upgrade from my beloved compact North Face Electra backpack. This was a great upgrade! Love all extra compartments - well designed. My husband is so impressed with this bag he wants one now too - since he thinks his bag is too bulky. I preferred this color over to lighter ones - less noticeable to stains.

Very durable. Bought for my wife to replace her old falling apart one.

Great sleek design! Looks good with casual or dressy attire. Very compact but holds a lot!

Unfortunately I will have to return it for a few reasons.
1. Too small for my MacBook 16". I had to really force it into the pocket. I would recommend this for more of an ipad or travel sized notebook user
2. I'm used to throwing my phone, keys, sunglasses into a water bottle pocket, and water bottle on the other side. These water bottle pockets are not elastic and are very deep. So they will fit (and cover) your average plastic water bottle but don't expect a thicker stainless or a tervis-sized bottle to fit.
3. The quality is very thin. I'm sure it's fine but coming from a Jester, it just seems less durable. I'm going back to the Jester.

Super cute and love the colors. A little disappointed that the north face logo was a sticker that would most def rub off.

Love the stylish look of this backpack. It's lightweight and has a nice padded pocket for a laptop. There's a two-way zipper on the larger pocket, but I wish there was a two way zipper on the medium size pocket and an organizer for pens and a phone

Beautiful design and color. Love this backpack for the quality construction and I know NF will hold up to the wear and tear. This backpack is just a tiny bit too small for my Middle Schooler but she is still able to get everything inside. Just wish it was a smidge bigger with all her books, Chromebook and waterbottle its very snug.

I absolutely adored the Isabella 2.0. It had a great look and feel. The material all around was solid and seemed like it would last forever and it basically did (4-5yrs)! The 3.0 has a similar design but it's obvious they've cut corners on the cosmetic surface materials (and probably the underlying material), and the comfort aspect is lacking. It says it's design for women, but I find the straps a bit too close near the neck and applies more weight to my traps than shoulders (improves if I loosen the straps, so not the worst but still..). For ref, I'm 5'7, 140lbs. The 2.0 FELT like quality and durability, the 3.0 feels like I got a ripped off version from the internet somewhere. Only improvement from the 2.0 is that the 3.0 can hold a 16" laptop correctly w/o overextending the fabric. Overall, still a decent daypack and hiking backpack, but won't hold more than a day's worth of stuff - sleek and modern design, not meant for holding a ton.

I love how sleek it looks. Very light weight and good size for a commuter. The only thing is that I've had it for a few weeks now and the zippers are not working as smoothly as I like. The zipper on one of the inside pockets is stuck and I never even put anything in there. But even with that, I love the back pack and will be holding on to it as long as it allows.

A little small, but great quality like all the other backpacks! I haven't used it all that much because i got it for school that starts in the fall

I like this updated Isabella backpack. Very sleek looking.
Pros:
-lots of compartments
-thin straps but very cushy, didn't hurt my shoulders even when pack was super full and heavy
-great water bottle holder, can fit a very tall bottle
Cons:
-instead of the shorter side pocket, would have been nice to have another long one, maybe not as long as the other bottle holder, but having one long enough to hold a short water bottle or umbrella would be helpful (I put my travel umbrella in it, but I need to use a carabiner to make sure it's doesn't fall off.)
-like another reviewer said, it's awkward to have the middle compartment zipper start/end at the tall water bottle holder side, bothered me more when my pack was extremely full
-I'm sure for a regular person, the extra added inch (compared to the previous Isabella) is fine, but for a 4'11" gal, I wish it was an inch shorter for so it doesn't look so huge on me.
Currently in Europe with this pack. It's been good! Although, I don't use it as a daypack. I only use it during days of traveling.

Love how light this backpack is and the carrying capacity. Love the design too but wish the side water bottle pockets were a bit more functional. One of them can fit a 32 oz Nalgene bottle but the other one is quite short so it can't fit much. Backpack comes up a bit higher than I thought it would but otherwise pretty comfortable on the back and shoulders.
