Nice bag. It seems great quality. I bought it for long busy days out and traveling with the kids. I'm upset that the strap really is not for shorter people. I'm 5"2 average size and the strap at it's smallest is too long and doesn't feel very comfortable the way the it ends up falling on me. I will have to safety pin it or figure something out to shorten the strap. For the price I'm dissatisfied with that.

I bought this for a month long trip with a lot of walking and hiking. The size was perfect and prevented me from carrying too many things! I was not satisfied overall, since I wasn't confident the long back side zippers would be staying up and had items fall out. So that was a very nice amount of space I couldn't use. And the zip tab doesn't have a hole in it to use to secure one or both sides.

If I'm going to put some thing like this and have it sitting on my back and knowing that my credit cards are not going to be safe, I would not purchase.

Honestly can’t tell you how the bag is because it hasn’t arrived yet….. said it would arrive today and I paid $25 to make sure it would arrive today just to find it it won’t be here for a few more days. Don’t order from Zappos, order from literally anyone else. I’m traveling tomorrow and needed this for the trip. Big disappointment.
