My 10 year old granddaughter wanted a bucket or sun hat with a wide brim for camp. Her favorite color is light purple. Her mom told me that they had shopped online, but L didn't like anything she had seen. I found this "Brimmer" (love the name) on the North Face website, and knew she would love it, which she does. She wears it every day, says it's very comfortable and keeps the sun off her face. She left for camp today with the Brimmer firmly in place!

I bought two of these for my 7 and 5 year old. They wore them to camp and on vacations all summer. They never complained they were hot even in 99 degrees because of the air vents and they looked super cute.

My 2.5 year old wears the size small, and it has plenty of room to grow. He has a small head, so it gives him very good sun protection. It’s also a very cute hat. The tie is useful for the beach when the hat might blow off in the wind.

We really like the design and color but unfortunately we have to return it due to the size. We ordered size M for my 7 years boy but it's too small for him or a 6 years old brother.

Hat is great for my 7 year old son except the Size medium was too tight/small. Sizing says a Medium would fit 5-10 years old but that was not accurate. Exchanging for the size large. Otherwise, fun hat especially the deep grass green mountain panorama color.

Super cut hat, size small (says 3-6y) fits my 4yo a little big, but with the drawstring it's great. Coverage is really great, covers neck, shoulders, face, and then some, depending on where the sun is. High quality. Only change I'd make is offering more sizes (3-6y is a huge range! This hat will be way too big for a 3yo but too snug on a 6yo). Oh, and the tag says do not wash, spot clean only that's not cool, for a kids hat we're going to use for camping.

Smallest size fits my 4yo daughter well, and she loves it. The removable strap is too easy to remove and it comes off all the time, I had to tie it on to prevent it getting lost.
