I am normally not a Hat Person, but this one is terrific! I ordered the size medium in the color opal, which is a a light off-white. It's very flattering in every way -- size, fit, color. It shades my face without blocking my view. The fabric itself is lightweight = cool, not flimsy. So ... can I give you 6 stars on this one?

Perfect hat to wear in the summer. I find that it provides a good protection to my face and on the top of my back. I can wear it while swimming as well!

Love this light weight hat for our sunny CA weather. Its firm brim doesn't bend in the wind when I'm hiking or sailing, and keeps the sun off my face. I can wear it for hours and not get the headache I get from my heavier cloth hat. Highly recommended!
