The jacket is super cute on my 7 year old! She loves the style of the zipper and can keep the buttons open or closed. She says it keeps her warm as she goes to school and when we are out and about.

Purple is a bit darker than in website photos. Warm and sized right.

This coat was warm and the color is stunning. Gets compliments every time she wears it. Hard to find a real down coat these days. Also the outer material is water proof.

The way the material is, it's very hard to put on a backpack for a kid after wearing the jacket. Also, my daughter has been wearing this jacket for maybe 2 weeks and the inside already has a rip. I expected a lot more from a brand at this price point.

We bought this in April when the heavy coat season has already ended in the northeast. It has finally gotten cold enough to wear this jacket the past month. After my kid wearing this for less than a month, the jacket already has a rip in the lining near the arm and we are missing a button. It’s been very frustrating. I expected more from a jacket from Appaman.
