Professional and comfortable - These shoes are great for work. I wear them to work standing for 10+ hours per day, and they have helped my plantar fasciitis. They do need to stretch some so the sides don't rub, so I would recommend wearing them with some medium-thickness socks. I wear a 39, and they seem to be true to size. I think they are a tiny bit narrower than they should be, but a few wearings with socks have stretched the leather just enough.

What a treat - Excellent quality and styling. Fit was true to size and extremely comfortable. An even bigger surprise was placing an order on Saturday and having it delivered to my door Monday morning.

Dansko clogs - Love them. Just takes a bit to get them stretched out. A bit narrow.

Love this shoe - It takes a little getting used to because of the heel lifting, as it's supposed to, and the arch support is shaped different, but after I had them on about an hour I forgot these things. The high and wide toe box suits me perfectly, and I also like that the sides don't come up very high and hit my ankle bones, as so many shoes do. I wish they weren't so heavy though, and that the heel could be lower. But overall I really like them, will probably get some brown ones (I got the black).

HEAVENLY COMFORT - These shoes are worth every penny. They are so comfortable and I am thrilled with them. Wear them everyday to work and standing and running around all the time, don't know I have feet!! Wonderful, thank you.

Black Box Professional - LOVE THEM! I work as a server and these are extremely comfortable and energizing. I have plantar fasciitis and I have had no problems. Plus, they make me a little taller! haha

Restaurant tested! Customer approved! I manage a restaurant and work close to 80 hours a week in these shoes. I’m on my feet all day and never have any problems. My feet, back, and legs all feel a thousand times better in these than any other shoe I’ve tried. I STRONGLY suggest these for anyone looking to find shoes that can be worn with anything (still look professional under dressy clothing), and want a shoe they can be sure will be comfortable (even after a 16 hour day!). ***My only caution, for me they are a little tight over the top of your foot and don’t really stretch out.

Great Comfort - I want more styles - These shoes are the best. I work in an office requiring professional-casual dress code. I can wear these with slacks. I walk 2-3 miles a day between offices so comfort is top of the list. Thanks Dansko I plan to try some of their other styles.

Leg Saver - My legs thank me every night! I wore a pair of Clarks Clogs (purchased on Zappos) for 2 years and they were super great, but the sole kept falling off. Clarks did offer to replace the shoes, but discontinued the clogs, so I got a pair of totally different shoes (quick shout out, I had a very positive customer service experience with Clarks). Still, I didn't have a good pair of work shoes and my legs felt it. I ordered the Dansko Professional black box because it was the cheapest. After the initial break in - very comfortable. One minor complaint. The black box looks cheaper than the others. It is made for food service professionals or people who need a quick wipe off. The other professionals (Oiled and Cabrio) have the same quality and comfort, but look more expensive and the leather is more handsome. I wish I paid the extra $. If you work in a kitchen or restaurant, they are super easy to wipe clean.

Most comfy shoe ever! This is one of the most comfortable pair of shoes ever! Perfect fit, to my relief, and goes with just about everything. I do a lot of walking and my feet and legs feel great! I'll be buying another pair soon! ;p thanks~

Great comfort; strange sizing - I am living in my new pair of Dansko Professional shoes! They are SO well constructed, look great, and are a good investment in the comfort of your feet. However, I had some trouble finding my correct size. The Euro size that should have fit me felt too tight to slip my foot into easily; the next size up feels very loose. I'd recommend trying them on in a store and then coming to buy them.

Best shoes ever! I was being treated for a tail bunion and I was in a lot of pain. My doctor recommended me to wear Dansko shoes. I bought the professionals in black and they are the best shoes I have ever had. My feet do not hurt anymore, by back pain is gone and I can be on my feet for hours without a problem. I also bought the Hickory Cabrio professional which you have to order one size bigger. I am a 39 and I had to order a 40 in the Hickory Cabrio. I am a 39 in the black professionals and in most of the Dansko shoes. You will love these shoes because they will make a difference in your life.

Aaahhh! For those of you who are not familiar with Dansko, a word of warning. These shoes will ruin you for any other shoes! Get a pair in each color. Nothing is better for people who are on their feet all day… and they last forever!

Buy 2 sizes up!!! I'm a doctor and needed a pair of shoes I could wear for hours and hours on my feet in the hospital. The arch support is amazing in these shoes and you'll notice at least 75% of hospital staff wearing them! I’m writing this review because of sizing - I wear an 8 in open-toed shoes and 8.5 in closed-toe shoes, but I had to buy the size 40 (supposedly 9.5-10)! Thank goodness for Zappos' free shipping and returns because I started with 38, then 39... now on my third try, they're perfect!

Great comfortable shoe/clog - This is a great shoe for walking and can be used for everyday into evening. Just recently went to NYC and brought these shoes along. They worked out great from day to evening.

Best over all work shoe I have ever had. I have a hard time finding shoes that fit my fat feet! This shoe is wide, true to the size and looks great. I waitress 5 days in a row and you can’t beat the comfort!! I have tried all brands of shoes (25 years worth) and this shoe beats all for comfort of being on your feet all day!!! It’s hard to pay good money for shoes that break down after 3 months.

Love these shoes - These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I can wear them all day, at home, shopping, or a day with the girls. I started wearing them when I was in banking and standing a lot. They have been a life saver for my feet ever since.

Original Dansko Clogs - I have these in Cordo Cabrio and despite the reviews saying to order up a size, I found them to be perfectly true to size. I am a size 8 and wear these in 38 with no break in time at all. Fit perfectly from day one. I will be curious to see if the quality remains the same since they no longer buy from the original supplier. I have a low arch and was concerned the arch support would bother my foot but it doesn't. Highly recommend these shoes for anyone who works long hours on their feet.

Comfy feet - I stand all day and would not go without these shoes now that I have them. I do believe they run about 2 sizes smaller than the norm.

Dansko Professional - Purchased my first pair of Danskos (Cabrio style) in the fall - small workmanship problems, but knew I could exchange them. However, I tried on a professional style and was very surprised at how much better the arch support was, so the return of the first pair turned into an exchange for the better-fitting style. Great work/nurse shoe! Just wonder why Dansko doesn't make their shoes all fit the same way…

Very Satisfied - The shoe is wonderful. It fit true to size. I wear it everyday now as a teacher. They go with everything. I will definitely order again. Zappos had wonderful customer service, and I received them the next day!

Best shoes I've ever owned - I love them! They felt a little snug when I first got them but they really stretch and form to your foot over the first few days. I wear a 7 usually so I ordered a 37 and my toes touched the front of the shoe. I was worried about this at first but they are perfect now. I work in a lab and stand for many hours a day and they are such a relief! I bought my mother a pair and she threw her other shoes away! She has high arches and I have almost no arch and we both find them well worth the money. Both of us no longer have the foot and back pain we used to and have both bought another pair.

More than a shoe - I had my last pair of Danskos for over 10 years. It was time for a new investment. I am on my feet all day and my back never gets tired.
