The Uggs are for my 9 yr old granddaughter...the store where she saw the ones she wanted didn't have her size so I ordered them directly. They are exactly what she wanted. Ican't wait to see her face when she opens her gift! So far the process has been smooth.

Purchased a cheaper pair of off-brand with a similar style and compared the two. Ugg brand is far better quality and made of better materials. Even the stitching is better. Well worth the price. Now I know why these are so popular.

I purchased a kids' size 5 and love them!! The kids' sizes are cheaper than the adult sizes. I am normally a women's 6, but a kids' 5 is equivalent.

These were a gift for my granddaughters birthday. She smiled so big when she saw what the gift was. She has not taken them off since!

My daughter is normally a size 1 in US size tennis shoes but I got her a 2 in US size with these and they fit perfect.

I am a women's 8 1/2 sometimes 9 and these fit me perfectly! Even with socks I think I could still size down to a kids 5! The platform on these are so much easier to walk in than the women's! Plus they are as tall so I don't have Polly pocket feet!
