I have been an internet customer of Zappos for about 2 years and I am completely satisfied with the results. The shipping is amazingly fast and of course free. These Saucony shoes always surpass expecations, people seem to like the retro look and excellent comfort. I have made it a point to tell everyone I know about my experiences with Zappos. Thank you Zappos, I will be back again!

I bought it for my 8th grader son for the school year. So far he is thrilled with his sneakers. He is notoriously hard to shop for, refuses to set foot in any store. So it is endless process of shopping on my own, bringing it home and returning. But this Saucony, he claimed it was like walking on clouds, no pinching anywhere.

I've owned several pairs of these and I've also owned a few other Saucony products as well. This is by far the best one I've ever owned. Comfortable from the moment you put it on. I have a little wider foot, so I have to go a half to whole size longer. This doesn't cause any problems; my favorite shoes I've ever owned.

Let me tell y'all! I ordered these shoes and the very next day the UPS truck pulled by, I got a knock at my doorstep and there they were. These shoes are the most comfortable feeling shoes I have ever worn! You will not be disappointed.

I am a woman, and I normally wear an 8.5 wide. I love the look of the Saucony Jazz, but they don\'t offer a wide in their women\'s styles. So I bought a pair of these men\'s Jazz, size 7. They are a perfect fit, and the D width is just right. They are very cushiony with just enough support for me. The perfect walking shoe! I ordered them on a Monday evening, and received them on Wednesday morning!

I tried Saucony in 2007 and I wore them on a European trip. My feet never hurt and they were very comfortable the whole long day on tours. They keep me from walking on the outside of my heel.\r\n \r\nI bought a gift pair for my son and he loves them. I thought he would be comfortable since he has similar problems with his feet like I do. I have recommended them to everyone who has never tried them. By the way, I tried them due to your reviews because I didn\'t know what to try besides Easy Spirit. I love Saucony Originals.

I purchased these shoes for someone who is on his feet at work almost all the time. He has been wearing them every day and says they are lightweight and very comfortable. I want to add that the service from Zappos is wonderful. I ordered these shoes one evening, and the shoes arrived the next afternoon.

Saucony Originals Jazz are pretty much like wearing house slippers. I love them. These are my 6th pair, 8th pair for the household as my husband and I swap shoes. One benefit of wearing the same shoe size. Comfy, squishy. Great w/ or w/o socks.\r\n\r\n

Saucony Jazz is my favorite shoe. If I could only have 1 pair of shoes for ever it would be these. \r\nI do own others and have wore many types of shoes but these are my go to go anywhere do everything all around comfortable light super cool shoe!\r\nI highly recommend these.

I bought these specifically for a 10-day trip to Tokyo where I knew I'd be walking like crazy. I hate crazy looking modern sneakers but wanted something to make sure I could keep going on the trip. The Saucony's fit the bill. I love the vintage looks and they're incredibly comfortable. It's like wearing cotton balls on your feet. They are very light, lots of spring. They don't have a ton of arch support, but you don't really notice as it's like walking on air. They held up great, which even ended up including some light hiking. They still look almost new despite the pounding they took. These will be my go to walking sneaker from now on, and for the price, they can't be beat.

Love these shoes. Love the color combination. I bought these for my son at his request. These are his second pair of Sauconys. I've owned about 15 and he wanted some like his mom. Now I want some of these, but not until he outgrows his.

These are some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. They really hug your foot all the way around, so you feel secure in them. I love Saucony Jazz!

I use my shoes for biking and running, as well as just hanging out. Very comfortable and light shoes. Nothing too special about them, but super comfy.

I thought it was funny when I opened the box to try on the Saucony and my husband said "get ready to be comfortable"! I laughed; thought he was being corny. Then, I tried them on, loved them, wore them on a weekend trip, walking all day. These babes are a dream. My hubby was right! I love Saucony. Going to order in more colors. These are really comfortable shoes for day to day use. I have actually been using them for running and various sports. While they aren't exactly the top of the line (barely supportive), they do just fine, especially considering the price.

I discovered the Saucony Jazz sneaker line through Zappos around five years ago after becoming disappointed with the New Balance Classics. I originally began purchasing the Saucony Jazz as casual wear sneakers because of their simple design and "eye catching" colors. The Saucony Jazz run true to size and come in different widths (which is rare), and they are surprisingly durable in addition to being very comfortable. They serve me very well on my daily long distance treks through the "concrete jungle". I do a lot of walking and they have truly maintained their comfort and solid condition through rain, snow, being stepped on when I submit to riding public transportation and countless hours of pounding the sidewalk. I also like that when I wear them, I sometimes find myself having conversations with random people who start out by telling me they like my shoes, and usually follow up with asking where I got them from. That's what I like about Zappos, they carry the rare styles of sneakers that you normally wouldn't be able to purchase in retail stores or other online sneaker sites. Their free overnight shipping is truly overnight as opposed to the other sites' "overnight" shipping that usually ends up arriving over several nights later. After placing your order, you can easily track the order through the confirmation e-mail sent you. I had to return a pair of New Balance in the past and Zappos made it so easy to do so because they will provide you with a return label so you can ship the product back to them free of charge without having to speak to a pushy sales rep who grills you as to why you're returning the product. I had a bit of buyer's remorse and ended up returning a pair of NewBs because I didn't like the way they looked on my feet. The customer service person I dealt with through e-mail/online went out of their way to make the return easy for me and there was no pressure applied on me as to why I was returning them or to purchase something else. For the record, New Balance has finally got their creative design/act back together and have brought back the Classics in great new colors. In short, Saucony is truly a good brand of sneaker and Zappos is a reliable customer friendly company.

In my job I'm walking or standing 10 hours a day. These shoes help my feet make it through the days. This is my fourth pair over four years. They're super comfortable and look good too! Zappos service was great, upgraded me to free overnight shipping!

The shoes are great - just like pillows strapped to my heels. I wouldn\'t run in them, unless I was reenacting a John Belushi SNL skit, but for kicking it around town they do the job nicely.

This shoe is simply amazing! The last pair I owned was in 1992 and 17 years later, they are just as comfortable as I remember them to be. Provided my memory is still sharp. The material and construction gave me the perception that I was wearing a second layer of socks; it was that comfy! The fit was excellent and was true to size and width. The color (grey/green) was just the way it was pictured on the website, so I was not disappointed when I first hoisted it out of the box. This shoe is also extremely lightweight, so wearing it all day and night isn\'t going to be difficult.\r\n\r\nAs far as Zappos\' customer service, what can I say that everyone doesn\'t already know? I have not seen any flaw with the entire purchasing process, and any sizing issues I\'ve had with previous orders were handled professionally, courteously and expeditiously. They\'re the main reason I went from spending $50.00/year to $50.00/month on shoes. With 100% guaranteed instant gratification and satisfaction, I\'ll never be shod with crappy footwear ever again.

Absolute classic. Even though it's an old school running shoe it's not the best for actual running. But for a casual, comfortable shoe with a laid back style noting beats the Jazz.

Saucony Originals Jazz Original is all my 32 years old son wears when not at the office job. He owns many pairs, all color combinations, and it's an easy gift to give. The past 5 to 7 years I always buy 2 to 3 pairs a year for him. This past month I bought a pair for my husband and daughter, too. They also love it and wear it with jeans to run errands. They call it a leisure shoe. Comfy and new colors always coming up. Highly recommended by the whole family.
