Shoes provided a good amount of support. There was a soft comfortable sole.

Out of the box, these shoes where so comfortable. Fit was perfect. First time I have purchased TOMS shoes, they will definitely be a go to brand in the future.

This shoe is so incredibly comfortable. Foot feels very stable and I can walk all day in them. Might have to get another pair for when I wear these out!

I have a pair of these from several years ago, and they fit my wide feet just perfectly! Sadly, Tom's seems to have changed the fit, and now like almost everything else they are too narrow on me :(

Super cute, but did not work with my bunion. Disappointed to have to send them back because they are great looking

The shoe is true to size and the style is great, but my foot lifts as I walk due to the fact there is not way to tighten the material around foot or ankle. It doesn't seem like it will impact how I walk, so I'm excited to wear them.

Canvas was soft. Heel height, width, and length were good. Shoe would have been comfortable and cute, except that there was no arch support.

2nd pair of Tom heels I ordered - too narrow just like the other pair.

So cute and overall a great looking and feeling shoe, except it doesn't work with my bunion. The left shoe felt great, so I know it's a great shoe, but the right side immediate dug into my bunion. Returning.

I loved this shoe…and then I tried it on. Beyond uncomfortable. There is no give in the shoe. I wish it was made of a stretchy material rather than something so taut. Disappointed.

Great show but way too wide. Sliding around in them but unable to return I guess

Everything said I ordered a Size 5. Zappos sent me a SIZE 9!!!

I returned these because the strap detached from the base on the second day I wore them.

The shoes were made carelessly ! The front part is small, not large enough to contain the toes.
