I was so excited that the shoe was comfortable and accommodated my orthotics. However when I took the first step my heels came out of the shoe making it impossible to wear. I didn't want to start padding the heel or put half soles in the front of the shoe as that almost always makes the shoe too tight. Was very sorry to have to return. It is a very stylish tie shoe.

This order was for a replacement pair of shoes in the exact style and size as a previous order. The customer reviews recommended going a 1/2 size larger than usual, which I did on both orders. However, this latest order was too tight in the front portion of the shoe, and is too uncomfortable to wear.

Sizing seems way off on this black shoe. I had recently ordered the same style and size in brown and it fit fine.

Need to return these shoes. Low ratings for style and comfort because they don’t fit. Also, could not really say about the arch support since they didn’t fit.

I have narrow heels and ordered an 11N because it said in other reviews that it ran short. I usually wear a 10 1/2 narrow. I do have problems because my heel is a lot more narrow than the rest of my foot. This shoe was too short, even in a larger size than I wear plus I would just fall out of the heel, in addition, the ties are useless. I was hoping the tie would work to tighten the heel. And finally they’re pretty unattractive.

Beautiful shoe but unfortunately the one I received was defective.

Love them but I have narrow feet and my heels slipped with every step, even with insoles. Bummed. Have to return.

These are not sized correctly; they are at least a full size smaller than advertised. So sad, because they are very cute.
