Love these, so comfy to walk the dogs and gardening...

I just purchased the "rugged wellie shoe" and am impressed by its fit and comfort. We're some reviews directed at the wrong shoe?? I sometimes find the wellies and similar boots/shoes stiff, BUT THESE WERE NOT! I am a standard 8 M which means online and in store 8 usually fits, as is the case in the Bean "rugged wellie shoe." I have not had them long enough to evaluate durability, but I was so impressed when I wore them gardening for two and more hours right out of the box, I was motivated to write a review. I love them - they are just right for the garden. I bought the light blue and will not hesitate to use them in rainy weather around town, apart from the garden. It seems the shoe received some unfair reviews, but again, I have not had them long enough to evaluate durability.

I love themperfect for the rain or even working in the garden.

They are wide so I had to get a size down from what I usually wear. I like them.

One of the best shoes I've ever worn. I'm buying a second pair soon. Well constructed, excellent support.

These Boots are comfortable and fit great. I ordered a size 8. They are roomy enough for thick socks.

Very happy with these boots. Great tread and loops make on and off easier. Enough support for rainy and muddy walks! I had wanted the taller boots but they had a looser fit so tried these and am very happy I did!

These slip on boots are nice. Extremely comfortable. Good for spring and fall and winter! I ordered 1/2 size down. Runs big.

I love my new Rugged Wellies. They are beautiful and well constructed. I use them for walking in rainy weather and those dewy early morning walks in the yard. I was glad for your comment to size up for half sizes-they fit perfectly with a nice thick sock.

These shoes not only elevate my mood with their bright yellow presence, they are SO comfortable! Their cushiony soles are so supportive and comfy, I can wear them all day and my feet are never fatigued. A great buy!

These were very comfortable, has deep tread which is great for traction in slippery situations. Cute too...don't mind running to grocery store with them on! Size runs large...half size order down, NOT UP as suggested in description. I'm a 7.5 and ordered a 7, fits with room for heavy sock.

I usually wear a size 8 street shoe and am glad I tried one pair in size 8 and another pair in size 7. The size 7 are perfect and comfortable right out of the box. A shoe just right for late Winter slush and early Spring rains. I purchased black which seems to go with everything. The low profile is attractive and is not at all clunky. The shoe is pricey, but worth it. Thanks, LLBean!

These boots are very comfortable. They are a bit heavy but feel solid/substantial and have a great sense of stability. I like the blue color.

These shoes run very large, so make sure you order a size small since there are no 1/2 sizes. I normally wear 8.5 to 9 but the 8 fit me in this shoe. I bought these to replace a pair of bogs that started leaking after about 16 months of wear. I was immediately impressed with these shoes compared to bogs. The soles are much more substantial & they are quite comfortable. Very happy with them.

These are the Perfect fit and I wear them in all types of weather even light snow. I get so many complements when wearing these shoes. I would buy them again and may consider buying in another color in the future.

I wear a 7 1/2 shoe and orderd an 8 as suggested since there are no 1/2 sizes. They were way too big. I was hesitant going down a size but when I spoke with someone on the phone she said they run big and to order down. Thats not what the catalog says so I was very frustrated. I ordered a 7, they fit great and I love them. The size suggestions need to be updated.
