I had hoped for a softer shoe that would mold to my foot but, instead, found the leather quite stiff - especially in the toe box.

I really wanted to like these shoes because they come in a narrow, which is very difficult to find. These felt at least 1/2 size too short. Even though the narrow width fit ok, they are too high volume, so they slide around. The heels fall off the back of my feet. I tried stuffing padding across the top, and even tried thicker socks, but none of that worked. As for arch support, they have a nicely padded foot insert, but there is no shank for support, which can lead to foot, knee, and hip problems. Trotters makes a number of shoes in this style, and it's disappointing to realize none of them will work.

I ordered my usual size and then exchanged them for 1/2 size larger. Once I had the larger pair, I decided I LOVE them. Cushy sole and beautiful leather. Casual, sporty, but not too much.

These are beautiful shoes and I tried them in several different sizes and widths, (thanks, Zappos), but couldn't make it work. I'm usually a 7W and the toe box was good but my heel slipped out of the back when I walked.

This leather is so soft—more like gloves than shoes.

I wear size 1-.5, ordered size 11 and my toes were completely smushed together. Not slightly smushed like maybe the leather will stretch - totally smushed like these shoes are WAY too small. Very disappointing.

Was nice width in the foot/toe bed, which is hard to find!. But the length was like a size too small. And it gapped across the top of the foot, and my feet are swollen! Pretty shoe otherwise.

I liked the look of the shoe. Howerver I have very narrow heels and these were definitely too wide in the heel for my foot.

Very comfortable shoe, but I have a thin foot and the narrow was way too large in the toe box area.

Nice looking but didn't fit. Guess it runs large.

Having a very narrow foot and a need for arch support, I had hoped I'd found a good little flat to give me options. Unfortunately, the heel on this shoe is way too wide and slips, even with socks so they will be returned. Very cute shoe, but not for me. So disappointed. It's really frustrating that there are so very few options now for those of us with narrow feet. I will go back to another distributor, but with have to pay double for a shoe. Grrr.

Smooth, Slick soles! Too long for me. Heel too wide for me.

Nice shoe but I am finding that many Trotter shoes are marked narrow but are still too wide for me.

ordered this cute shoe in a narrow but it fit like a medium or wide width. Returned.
