This shoe was much clunkier than i thought it would be.

This shoe is very sloppy it was the 2nd order made from different locations. It's a sloppy shoe and I wish O had not agreed to dress as a group. I had to wear men's thick socks to keep them on. So it is very disappointing that the reviews only mention it runs short. It's extremely off. I have told everyone that I know do not purchase.

These shoes broke the first time I wore them. The fastener that attaches the strap to the shoe broke. I tried to super glue it twice and it didn't work so I returned them. Not good quality.

For some reason I thought these were fuzzy on the inside (totally my fault). I should have read the description better! But they are so slick on the inside you have to have the strap around the back of your foot.

Bought right before thanksgiving, second time I wore then the strap broke. I bought these because I don't like the original slip ons amd these were very comfortable just poorly made. Will be submitting my form this afternoon to return.

I bought my daughter a size 9 and she usually wears a 8-8.5 and these did not fit her. They were too small. The only way to return them is to drive to Tulalip where the ONLY Ugg store in the entire state of Wa this is 2.5hrs from me.

No revi at the moment. Received the size was to small sent them back and was sold out in the size I needed

Weirdly narrow

I purchased these UGGs with the sizing from my other UGGs and they did not fit. I sent them back, my $20 reward was wasted because the shoes did not fit, and they had run out of the size I needed. Very disappointing.

Uncomfortable on the top of the foot. Not true to size runs small. Returned

You sent us the wrong size. Sent size 9.5 and I ordered a 12

I bought my Uggs and was so excited to own a pair usually buy them as gifts and I received my order the thread was falling apart and my soul was detaching I contacted Ugg and they said I couldn't receive a new pair or refund even when sending my order back along with in person.

The strap broke literally within 5 minutes of wearing these the first time.

I have many items from uggs and all the time I have good experience, but this time I am disappointed . After 6 months of wearing the clog from time to time, the rivet ot the screw holding the strap with the clog got broken. I didn't expect this quality. Hope this problem get fixed

Very flat and uncomfortable. Wouldn't recommend.

I purchased these clogs on February 27th. I wear them around once or twice a week. I discovered the lining inside the right shoe up near my toe had a hole in it already. I reached out to Ugg and was told to submit a claim to the warranty department, which I did. I was then told by the warranty department that my clogs weren't eligible for warranty work due to "normal wear and tear". I haven't even had these for 3 months and they're far from the only shoe I own and wear. How can it be normal wear and tear? The warranty department is rude and customer service just wants you to go away. There is no way to escalate this, Ugg doesn't stand by their product OR their customers. Save yourself the trouble and go to Birkenstock instead. Highly disappointed.

I do not like them. Strap is ugly and the fit is uncomfortable. Hard to keep them on my feet even when strap is pulled tight against my heel Very disappointed

I've had these UGGs for about six months, and they've already started falling apart, the sole and strap broke making it unwearable. I'm actually really sad because they were the most comfortable shoe. I tried seeing if the broken strap covered under warranty and it doesn't which I don't understand. Shoes should last longer than 6 months especially for an expensive shoe.

I got this shoe and it broke. I am so upset how it turned out.

I wore these clogs (purchased 5 months ago) and noticed that the Velcro on the strap was rubbing the back sole causing tearing and fraying. When I contacted Ugg, they told me this was normal wear and tear. The shoes are in excellent condition otherwise. Extremely disappointed for the price paid. Be warned that if you are going to wear these clogs with the strap down in the back, they will rub the soles and cause tearing.

Bought these a size up, super comfortable. A bought a these in October of 2024 and they lasted four months. I was walking and the strap completely separated from the side of the show. Second pair of Uggs just breaking due to the quality back to back.

i have been trying to do an exchange through the web site for 2 weeks and i keep getting a message that reads - try back in 2 hours. So frustrating. Trying to get a bigger size as this style seems to run small.
