I bought a size 9 which is a size bigger than I usually buy. When I received them & tried them on they were still too small. I tried to exchange and now I'm receiving a refund due to the next size up being on back order! I really wanted the shoes. Disappointed.

The clogs are too narrow. If you have chunky feet don't buy it

The shoes run small so go up a size. The constantly slide off and aren't comfortable. I wore them 3 times and had to wipe one shoe off. Once I wiped the shoes the whole shoe changed from tan to an ashy color. I love ugg and have over 30 pairs so I'm highly disappointed these were so cute.

It's something about this shoe I have fallen TWICE wearing this shoe. The first time I blamed myself but the second time I fell the same way, it's definitely THE SHOE

I only wore them once and they rip! Really badly made very dissapointed in them

The rivet in the strap broke after only a few wears which was extremely frustrating. They were comfy but I wouldn't purchase again.

I went off reviews biggest mistake went a size up and they are so big that my foot slides right out thick sock low sock just awful. I ordered tazz I'm my regular size and I would recommend to order theses in your regular size. Too bad I wore them I would send them back almost broke my ankle with these. The worst pair of Uggs.

Theses are the worst uggs every sized up like everyone said and the biggest mistake shoe falls off doesn't stay on even with strap it looks so big and loose. Almost broke my ankle I got tazz Uggs in my regular size and they fit fine stick to your true size do not size up.

First time wearing them I felt a little uncomfortable, and I tripped. The next day I also tripped and fell and broke my elbow! Something about the platform sole. I will be returning.

I was very excited to receive this item after waiting a month for it to ship since it was on back order, the second time I used them button connecting the strap to the shoe broke in half and fell off. Ugg customer service was very nice but ultimately they can't do anything including fix them or send me a new pair since they're sold out. I'm sure I received a defective pair but even then their solution is to just place me on the waitlist and I have to wait yet again. The only real option is a refund which is disappointing because I really liked them and wanted a new pair.

I ordered these in 9 and had to return I ordered the 10 and they don't feel much better The strap does not reach the Velcro on either size I tried to wear with strap on top (as they were delivered) and that wasn't comfortable I own plenty of Ugg boots - not happy with this purchase at all

I bought these and returned them the same day they arrived. The strap on the back snapped off the minute I tried to loosen it. I barely used any strength. They're super cute but not worth the money if they'll break again.
