Not a fan of the Velcro, but still comfy!

Ordered these Goldenstar Clogs for my daughter for Christmas than a few days after Christmas they were on sale, !!!! Not too happy about that I guess people should just wait till right after Christmas to buy Ugg products !!!!!

I have at least a dozen pairs of Uggs and these are the least comfortable. I do not enjoy wearing them. Shame because they are cute. No structure and hurt my feet.

I received these clogs as a gift and I really love the way they look! Unfortunately the sizing was so off, my strap has broken off twice now, and when they are worn without the strap they fly off of my feet. I've tried to walk different in them and they still fly off my feet. It's so sad they don't work that great for me because they're adorable and so comfortable!

The sizing of these shoes are so off. I got two Goldenstar clogs from Ugg. I bought two colors in a size 8. I'm normally a 7.5 in shoes (a 7 in Sperry) and a 7 in all of my Ugg boots, but I heard these clogs run small, so I sized up. Here's the sizing confusion. I tried the version with the fur in store, in a size 7 and 8. The 8 felt fine, loose but too much extra heal space. The 7 (with fur) fit perfectly, both with and without socks! But the these Goldenstar clogs (non-fur) I ordered in size 8 and they just feel a little off. My toe hits the front of the shoe, but I have a lot of extra space at the heel. IfI were to size down my toes would be squished (I would assume) but then I wouldn't have all the extra heel space. Also, without the back straps and no socks my foot definitely slides out. The sizing is definitely off. So now I'm torn if should I stick with the 8 or try a 7-7.5? You would think the clogs with fur would require you to size up but I could go with my normal Ugg size 7 not issues but the Goldenstar Clogs sizing makes no sense to have to size up a full size. The struggle is real.

I wish I had sized up half a number, at least. I read somewhere that, if you want to use with the strap down, to go a size up; if you want to wear without the strap, order your usual size. That kind of defeats the entire purpose of wearing it two ways, so I ordered my usual size, 8. I wish I had sized up because, when wearing the strap down - as I do most of the time since it hurts my feet to wear without it since my feet is too narrow and the width is wide -, my toes get really squished at the front. If the strap had a longer velcro strip, it would be perfect because I'd be able to line my heel exactly where it has to be so my toes are not pressed against the front. It was extremely uncomfortable the first time I wore it like that but I got used to it with time, so not sure if that's good or not because I can still feel my toes kinda curled up to fit inside. Since I had to wear to notice that problem, I was not able to exchange the size, which is unfortunate. I recently ordered the sandals that follow the same style as this one, but half a size up, hoping that issue is solved since I'll probably wear it with straps down most of the time. Hopefully they'll work! Still, it is very cute and stylish. For my first UGG ever I'm happy.

I bought this clogs in Chestnut color Late Winter of last year. I used it for less than 3 months and I don't go out a lot so it didn't get use very much, but the chestnut color changed to almost brown. It was disappointing for the money I paid. The shoes is still under warranty less than a year from date of purchase. I talked to UGG customer service and they said it is normal wear and tear and they are not going to do anything about it. I have to change to another brand. Anyway UG IS NOT ANIMAL FRIENDLY BRAND. MY DAUGHTER DOES NOT WANT TO WEAR BECAUSE OF THIS REASON.

I always use women 6 size, but with this ones I am 7, the description of the size are not ok

I usually wear a 10 but it was too small! I bought an 11 and still too small! Never in my life have I worn an 11 or 12.. A bit disappointed!

I love the shoe , but the first pair that I order came defective and I send it back and it took them 2 weeks to have and answer , they send me another pair and it was defective but I don't feel like going though the same process again so I just leave it like that ..

Loved this style so much. Wish they were comfier!! So uncomfortable after wearing for even a few hours. Again, a beautiful shoe but not worth wearing out of the house.

I wanted to like these. Size 12 women's fits more like an 11. The soles of these were also awkward and the edges of them dug into the side of my feet. I wish I had the option to size up and wish Ugg offered wide sizes.

I have big feet these make them look enormous, perfect for little feet , quality is great don't like how high they are just my preference,

Very cute, very comfortable, but the rivet that holds the strap broke after wearing (for very short periods) after just 4 uses.

I ordered brown in adults and I love them. I ordered the same shoe in black in kids and the back strap cannot be worn over the shoe only behind the heal. I will not order in kids size again.

These shoes are very cute but when work out the strap isn't very secure on the back of ur heel, I feel like they are going to fall off every time I wear them even tho the foot size is very fitted it's just the back strap that is an issue

I loved these but had to return. I wear a size 8 in my heel was hanging off the back, I was going to exchange, but then they were sold out would buy again for a half size up.

i got these beautiful shoes for my bday and they are too small:( i am normally 7.5-8. somehow the 8 is too small. i have to go through the return process so i will leave another review when im actually able to wear the shoes.

I love the slippers but they do run small. I sized up a size and still could have went up another.

These are my first pair of UGGS, they are so stinking comfortable. Only downside is they run really small! I typically wear a 9, I read reviews and sized up to a 10 I planned on wearing these with socks but not possible they barely fit without socks! They run so small!!
