They are so pretty unfortunately, they were way to big. I wear an 8 so I ordered an 8. They are about 1 1/2 inches too big. I'm hoping my granddaughter can wear them. I am disappointed because I was looking forward to wearing them to the pool etc.

Love the look n feel besides sliding all over the place on untextured floors needs better grips

I would give 5 stars but they smell from a strong almond plus cleanser extract that does not evaporate.

Not true to size. I wear size 9 and had to exchange for size 8

Purchased these online, size 8. They are a full size too big. Will be returning. Kinda sad, was really excited about wearing them.

These shoes are way too heavy for summer fun.

great look but running narrow and very large. Maybe you could consider working on the sizing

I received the uggs and I ordered my size.. an 8. Whoa! They fit like a ten! So I returned them with a request to exchange for a smaller size. It's going on three weeks and I haven't received my new shoes. No word from them crickets. Very disappointing.

Too heavy and large. Customer service said to size up for 1/2 sizes.

Uncomfortable fit. They are very smaller then actual size, very tight and the side rubber rubbed rough against my skin, i put back in box and now in closet collecting dust. Money wasted!

These run big. They rubbed against my feet causing horrible blisters.

Shoe runs very big and lose had to return and go down one size.

Ugg has poor customer service! I have contacted this company various times- representatives act as if they are helping (place on hold), then hang up. Slide runs big. Shoe has went on sale at least 3x since purchase within 30 days and they dont want to price adjust. Not good UGG.

I bought these in April, 2023 and they still smell from baby powder, not from me. A warranty issue but no one helps resolve it.

Bought my size and they were way too big. Return and got size smaller! Way to big I have to return for the next size down. Very cute shoe but please order 2 sizes smaller
