I work as security for a large school district I typically put in 12-14000 steps in an 8 hour shift and spend 2 to 3 hours at a time standing in one area. These boots fit the bill 100% comfortable light and so far sturdy. I expect they will eventually blow out like all shoes of that type do but I keep them clean and dry and so far perfect, It's crazy that you don't advertise the Wide fit, I know you have them I own a pair!!! If you look hard on the large online retailer named after a river you'll find the EEs don't discontinue these they are awesome.

This is a great lightweight hiking shoe. That's exactly what it's made for. If you're looking to use it as a work boot, this is not that. It should be fairly obvious by the weight and materials that you're paying for weight savings and not durability. You wouldn't go buy a Mazda miata fmand use it for a work truck, don't use these to install hvac.

Using these for patrol, so far they are light and comfortable. Hopefully they last!

I bought these boots 2 months ago and wear them both as a patrol officer and a paramedic and I absolutely love them. I have been endlessly recommending them to everyone I know.

i BOUGHT A SECOND PAIR SHORTLY AFTER MY FIRST. SHOULD HAVE WAITED, WALKING FOR AWHILE HURT BOTTOMS OF FEET.

Very comfortable boot, perfect for WPPS/PSS operations overseas in Iraq. It didnt take long to break-in and once there, I was extremely happy. Met the standard for my needs.

Very lightweight very well made extremely comfortable. They haven't always got it right but on this one they did.

Great all around shoe for duty or hitting the trails. Lightweight and super comfortable. These are my new favorite Merrell's.

Very comfortable boot, I feel like I am walking on a cloud. I went up a half size from what I normally wear and don't regret it at all. Held up in the mud/slush, and snow.

Lightweight, breathable and comfortable. Still in the break-in phase. No hard use yet, so can't comment on durability. Have high hopes though.

Overall great boot! I got the tan colored ones. The only complainants I have is they are warm boots. When I'm standing directly in sunlight they do tend to get hot. Comfortable out of the box.

NOT WATERPROOF..morning dew and youve got soaked feet. I love Merrell but I was extremely disappointed with these. I needed a rugged WATERPROOF boot for my daily needs but is just another Waterproof boot that leaves you with wet feet.

I purchased these for work 12 hour shifts walking on concrete floors. I recommend changing the insoles. I been in a bad spot when a huge water heater started to leak I was in 2-3 inches of water flowing dash my socks were soaked and the boot were as well. Lucky I had extra pair of socks in the car swapping out but my feet remained wet. Ever since that day the boot squeak when I walk. Comfort is great especially the width. Minus the insoles your feet will hurt after several 12 hour rotations. Would I recommend these boots yes but not in extremely wet conditions.

The shoe is very comfortable, but absolutely not waterproof.

I bought these mid April. I do hvac work so I wanted a comfortable show that is water resistant. It is now the end of august and both shoes are blown out on both sides and they have been since the end of June. Paying this much for shoes I expected higher quality and a longer lifespan. Other than that they have been a fairly decent shoe.

I bought these boots in September of 2023. They have never been waterproof and walking though wet grass would result in soaked socks. The tread on the bottom is also almost completely gone. I had higher hopes for quality but just ended up purchasing a different brand. The Novas are very comfortable though.
