Not enough cushioning for me for work purposes, but a solid shoe

These were fine, I just thought they looked like a different color online.

Fit was ok. Just felt too compressed. Too much foam base.

Everything was perfect until I walked around in my kitchen! Unfortunately, they squeaked unceasingly! I've never experienced that before!

These look like narrow sneakers. They are cut very close in the toe. I have worn many New Balance 8 Wides and these shoes in black are narrow. They don’t look anything like a usual wide and then of course the fit was too narrow. The black color is very very black also.

I immediately returned the sneakers as there were two right-show insoles in the shoes instead of one right-insole for the right shoe and one left-insole for the left shoe. When I called the customer service to get the correct left-shoe insole, they asked if I mind getting a different looking insole. I rejected that and then they offered to send a second pair of the same kind of sneakers in the hope that this time there were the correct insoles in the shoes. In case this was not the case the customer service person offered to send a gift card after I returned the shoes, so that I would be forced to buy again at Zappos. I told her that I don't want a gift card. - Sadly, I have to say that Zappos deteriorated regarding the kind of product offers and they have now quite a bit of a mix of athletic products and regular clothing items including handbags. Also the customer service declined. This was the last time I shopped at Zappos and I just hope that I finally get my money back.

Returned these shoes because they ran small and my toes touched the end. I would recommend buying 1/2 size up from your usual. Otherwise they felt great on my feet, just couldn't stand how they rubbed my big toe. Little arch support, but I have high arches and usually remove the factory insert for one of my own.
