The Sherpa is much less soft and thick as they used to be. I bought 2 new ones but so much thinner than my old one.

Return, as it turned out, but it was nice and plenty warm

Warm and cozy, but too tight around the middle for a 2X.

I have another sweatshirt like this that is probably 10 years old. I was so surprised this sweatshirt had so much less quality. The Sherpa lining is not as plush and the material was less substantial, thinner. The sleeves had no lining whatsoever. It needs a material lining to get your arms in easier if you have a heavier long sleeve shirt on. I kept the sweatshirt because I needed a larger size.

I am disappointed in this hoodie. It is not warm enough for me. I still have my old LLBean hoodie which I can't seem to depart with even with the stains and few holes in the ribbing. Otherwise, I love LL Bean .

Actually fabric is a thin sweat shirt material. Arm will/do get cold. Chest, back is lined an very cozy warm,,I purchased 1 year's back...the sleeves were lined. I don't even wear it because my arms freeze. Waste of money. New England does get cold,,very cold Actually. they ruined a great product, an yet don't mention the sleeves aren't lined. VERY DISAPPOINTED COLD SENIOR

Bought in a size small but it was too roomy. Unfortunately there were no XS left in the pink, sold out for the season. I can't say if it was warm or not since I never wore it.

I REALLY LIKE IT. HOWEVER, THE ZIPPER IS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET STARTED. I HAVE MY HUSBAND HELP TO GET IT STARTED. OTHER TAN ZIPPER TROUBLE, I REALLY,REALLY AM VERY PLEASED WITH IT. IT IS VERY NICE AND WARM. I MIGHT ALSO ORDER ANOTHER ONE.

I loved this hoodie when I received it as a gift. It's so warm and comfy. However, within a couple weeks, the exterior fabric began to pill. I would have expected better from an LL Bean product.

Im 5ft 94lbs. Purchased PET XS. The jacket has so much extra width and bulk. As a Petite person I would expect the Pet XS to be tapered to my frame. The jacket is warm, well made and Ill keep it, but the fit certainly is not a flattering fit or my 5ft 94 frame. Its wide on the sides & and bulky across the chest with a lot of extra material that is not needed.. I don't understand this sizing...There was not an option for XXS SMALL.PET

The color I selected (to try something different) was not right for me The light green was a bit dull (compared to the picture). The size was also larger than my usual small - I believe one size down would be a better choice in this particular item. The quality felt right, it was very cozy (lined with sherpa throughout) and the style was very nice (not cheap-looking). I decided to return it right away because I had other titles items that did not work out for me either. Unfortunately, by the time I decided to order in a different color, the preferred pink was no longer available.

Would love if the torso were a bit longer and the fit less boxy.

I bought this a little under three years ago and have used it weekly since then. It's just not holding up well at all- the elbows are almost worn through, the color has disappeared in multiple places, the hem at the bottom has come apart on both sides (not through any damage, just wearing it). The zipper pull also always gets stuck sideways for some reason. It's warm, but just not the quality I would expect from LL Bean.

Bought a XL for my 5'11" daughter last winter. It's very nice but much too short in the arms.

Excellent in all respects, including shipping timeliness. It's always a pleasure to do business with LL Bean.

The color on the website isn't the same green I received.

NICE/ SOFT HOWEVER THE FIRST ONE A PURCHASED CAME TO SMALL, RETURNED AND ORDERED ANOTHER THAT 2ND ONE THE ZIPPER WAS STUCK AND SPLIT AT THE BOTTOM SO COULD NOT CLOSE IT. SENT BOTH BACK HAD MY CARE CREDITED. DIDN'T TRY A THIRD TIME. DOESN'T MEAN THERE ALL LIKE THAT, BUT THATS MY LUCK.

Loved the soft feel of this shirt -but it was flimsy - not all that warm - and the fabric tended to cling unattractively. I wish LLBean would have a women's version of the men's fleece-lined hooded sweat shirt which is far more substantial for cooler days outside. But please do it without the LLBean logo front and center. It was not on the previous shirts - and has now been added as an annoying advertisement front and center on the men's sweatshirt. Returned it.

The sleeves are not lined. Really LL Bean? Why cut corners like that? Especially at the price you are charging. Why do the men get nice thick clothes and women get the thin stuff? Women go outside too you know. Otherwise, this hoodie is very comfortable and I really like it. You just struck out with the shortcuts. I will find a Sherpa lined hoodie from another brand next time.

I have this in several colors and love it for the first few months. However, after all of those washes the lining turns into little balls that don't feel great. There's nothing in the laundry instructions that will prevent this. Super upsetting because I'd love to wear this until it falls apart, especially considering the cost.

Just received my 1912 sherpa lined hoodie. It looks great, but disappointed that the sleeves are totally unlined. I bought this hoodie to replace one my nephew gave me, it was a man's style. So warm and fully lined inside. Will keep this new one but still look for another that is fully lined inside.

I bought the blue one. I was drawn to the boldness of the color online and was a little disappointed that it is a bit lighter and more faded and dull in real life. Not as warm as I expected, the sherpa doesn't go all the way down the sleeves. I got a Large Regular and it fits ok but the sleeves are too long and refuse to stay in place when I try to push them up. But I do like the overall look and it fits as expected elsewhere. Just wish I hadn't paid so much. It's nothing special for $80.

loved the cranberry color and warm sherpa. It was plenty big in all areas except arms. Once again the arms of this LL Bean product are cut very small. I could not fit in it , and it would certainly not fit witha warm sweater on. I do wish Bean would tackle this puzzling product when so many have complained.

I bought this in grey and do wear it a lot, but don't wash it often. The color is fading in weird ways. When I was home during covid, I didn't care, but now I'd like to wear it out and about. I have two others of the exact sweatshirt (different colors).

Warm. Fit was good. Disappointed that the red cherry color was more of an ugly burgundy. Who designed this? Someone who does not know what women want. Expensive but does not look really nice. Why is the brand name on the front? Are we walking ads? Not classy. I was not impressed. Takes forever to drip dry, cannot use dryer since it may shrink. Not shopping here again.
