It was not attractive on me at all and it did not feel right on my frame. I also hate the obvious LLBean tag on the front of the jacket. I don't like to wear labels. I do love the Bean pima tee shirts.

I rated this jacket a 2 star because of the fit. I usually wear an X- large to fit my broad shoulders and long arms. It fit those areas but was so tight across the chest. We'll made and nice quality. Had to return.

I found this jacket attractive, so I bought a medium size for my wife (her weight is in proportion to her height, and medium is her typical size). The jacket was too small through the chest (she's not a bosomy woman), but the sleeves were the right length. I replaced the medium with large. The large fit through the chest but the sleeves were too long. The LL Bean product quality was excellent, but the sizing was off.

I wanted this for cool weather hiking... but too uncomfortable of a fit around hips. It also was very stiff and bulky . It might be ok for running errands but certainly not for active endeavors . Sending it back... and the search continues....

It's too small in some areas and too large in others. The upper arms are too constricting to put layers under it, so in that respect it doesn't function real well as an outer layer. The body is too long and the sleeves are too long to use it as a mid layer so it kind of misses the mark that previous windstopper fleece achieved so well. I wish they would hang on to good old designs or test their new products on older people with a lot of LLBean stuff like me. Though I don't usually wear petites, I'm going to send it back and try a petite even though the upper sleeve circumference will probably be too small on that also.

I did not think this was particularly flattering to my short round body. It also was too hot the moment I tried it on, and as I recall, I had difficulty with the zipper. I thought "If I've had this on for about a minute and am already too warm, it's not going to breathe well."

Too constricting in the arms to add layers underneath and still be active. I am a frequent wearer of the old style of their windstopper fleece for women and decided to return this one and hope for something better.

Sleeves very narrow and I find that,with a light sweater, I cannot my arms in an be comfortable. Returned.

Not windproof or wind resistant in any way! Very sad for the price!!!

This jacket is so cute. Wanted to love it but sleeves are so tight i have to return it. Would have only been able to wear with short or sleeveless shirt.

Did not care for the fabric, it had a strange touch and was stiff. I was looking for a jacket for upcoming Cruise to Norway but this was not it.

So disappointed the sleeves on this jacket are not lined ( same as out layer ) , so it makes it difficult to put on with a long sleeve layer underneath ,sadly I returned this item .

I would love to provide a review but unfortunately I received an email my item was shipped and would receive it yesterday but they created a label and it never shipped. Asked for a replacement and was going to take another 7 days to receive. I cancelled order! Too bad!

Bought 1x,too tight in the chest returned but because I used paypal could only get gift card. Bought 2x with gift card ,still too tight and sleeves too long but could be altered had it fit. Returned again for a gift card,bought 3x,not tight but way too big. Returned and now I have just a giftcard.

The jacket was very stiff and not at all soft on the inside.

Sleeves were too short and fabric was very "crunchy" which i imagine offered wind protection but was not what I was looking for

Roomy enough to wear over a sweater, definitely cuts out the wind, comfortable relaxed fit. Will be wearing this all spring and fall.

I'm very small, but the sleeves were uncomfortable and tight. Nope.

I returned this jacket. It was impossible to wear a tee shirt or anything else under it because the sleeves are tight, unlined and impossible to pull over an underlayer.

2x was too big, 1x too small, had to return both. Wish it was sized better.

Not sure why you changed how things are designed as far as sizing goes. The shoulders are way too tight and the sleeves way too short but the rest fits fine. Even with just a t-shirt on I was extremely constricted in the shoulder/arm areas. Never had this problem with the older style jackets I have bought from LLBean over the years (more than a few I should add) including a windproof fleece jacket that is probably at least 15 years old by now. It seems you have made the shoulder areas in a lot of your clothes just too small. Yes I will be returning this jacket. I may go the outlet store and see if I can try on a men's version as I really need a windproof layer.

Even buying a larger size did not give the freedom of motion in the upper arms that outer wear requires. The rest of the jacket looked boxy. The fabric was too thin to be a primary outer layer. Glad they finally put a Napoleon pocket on the women's version, but I returned it.

I wanted to like this but had to return it. Shoulder area is poorly designed. Even the larger size I chose did not have enough ease to allow for free arm movement. Also the fabric was too thin for a main outerwear layer.

Bought same fleece last year this years version is 3" too long arms and about 4" bigger in body. I returned it. Beautiful blue color I wanted to love it but returned the fleece
