I bought this in black. Love the light weight, flexible fit, and wind-proof warmth of this jacket. It's exactly what I was looking for, and the pockets are very nice. Very happy with this purchase.

All I can say is I love LLBean's jackets, whether fleece or otherwise. I own three of them, all different styles and colors. They are stylish and keep you very warm. They are great for hiking, shopping and visiting friends. I just love them.

This is, indeed, wind proof! And very warm! The collar zips way up under chin for full wind protection and it is long entirely cover butt. I was in windy Chicago at sub-freezing temps , if I put my Goretex rain jacket on top of it was enough for all winter. And very stylish with the patterns.

Wonderful weight for both spring and fall weather here in Wisconsin. With some layering I plan on wearing it much of the winter.

Great jacket. I'm a walker so it keeps me warm especially on cold windy days. It felt stiff to start but has softened as I wear it and it's not bulky. Comfortable.

Received this jacket and immediately put it on to do a short hike in some strong Montana wind. It really does block the wind and the high collar keeps your neck warm. No neck gator needed. Also love the chest/phone pocket and the deep side ones. Great Sienna color as well.

It looks good, feels good, is fashionable indoors and warm outdoors. The color is a new addition to a winter wardrobe of blacks and navy blues that can be so boring after a while.

Yes it's windproof but it's not heavy. I'm 5'1", 138 lbs and ordered a large. Upon trying on I did think I could have sized down but because the jacket is thin I knew I would wear it alone in 50+ degree temps and layered if in the 40s. So, even large chested a large is overkill, at least for me. Very glad I added this to my rotation of styles. I never do cream color and this is beautiful.

Glad I didn't listen to other reviewers and ordered my normal size. If anything, this jacket is a little too large and the sleeves a little too long. Neither bother me, but I definitely would not size up.

I like the length of this jacket. It has a longer fit than I had expected, which is nice because I have wide hips and that's a rarity in my world . It pairs nicely with the Pima Cotton Short Sleeve Shirts that L.L bean offers. I haven't worn it on a very cold or windy day yet, but expect to be pleasantly surprised because of how warm I stay on a cool fall day. Overall the jacket has a nice cream color,less bulky fit,and makes a nice addition to my jacket collection for walks on a cooler day.

XLG Petite. Fit perfectly. Usually arms are too long, but the petite was perfect. Very comfortable, stylish & warm. Would buy again. I'm in Northern California where we have chilly fall/winter/spring so happy with this jacket. I'm about 5'3"& weigh about 165.

This jacket far exceeded my expectations. I have ordered fleece jackets before but never from L.L.Bean. The jacket itself is lightweight and warm but does not allow any wind to pass through. The full zip that extends under my chin is great to keep my neck warm and eliminates the need for a scarf. The pockets are amazing. The fit is perfect. I ordered a medium and it's roomy enough to layer a long sleeve under and not feel tight. I wanted a great layer that could keep me warmer under my raincoats and this is perfect. I will certainly find an excuse to get another one in a different color!

Perfect weight and size. I bought mine a little large to wear with layers and it fits perfectly. This is awesome as we walk our dogs on the beach and this really breaks the wind! Love it.

From how light this jacket feels, you would never be able to tell how warm it is! I was skeptical of how fleece would be windproof but when it was put to the test, I was very impressed. I wore this jacket apple picking on one of the first cool days of fall and had no idea how cold it was until I looked around and saw how cold everyone around me looked! It doesn't claim to be waterproof, but with a light drizzle I was still dry and warm. I received many compliments on the color as well! I love this jacket for cool fall days.

Order up a size f last erring. Pocket edition s great to walk with cell phone and laptop stenzer to podcasts. Ha e t in blue too.

Purchased to replace a sweater fleece that wasn't warm enough for windy cooler days. This does the trick nicely. Did not find it stiff as some reported. It's my new go-to jacket.

Nice fit and style. Runs a little large so a medium was perfect for me. Light yet warm.

excellent quality, classic design, pockets in all the right places, sung around waist and hips and REALLY tight in upper arms. so much so that ordered a petite XL for comparison. keeping the petit XL, which still isn't as roomy/stretchy in upper arms as i'd like. i have a performance fleece (USA ski team line) from several years ago in a L REG it is really comfy and stretchy everywhere. the mountain classic jacket feels less stretchy (may be the design, may be the materials) but i like the look and function (have i mentioned the pockets? ;-) so much that' i'm keeping it in the XL PETITE.

Purchased to sit in a treestand for deer hunting. Wore a primaloft jacket over it. Worked. Warm without being heavy. Thanks to the poor rep who i nailed with questions.

Very happy with this jacket- it's warm, comfortable, well made and fits me perfectly. I'm 5'3" and it hits at my hips, which I like in a jacket meant for chilly days.

This jacket is comfortable, warm and stylish and a lit longer than the regular fleece jackets. I love the cream color and the extra chest pocket.

It is so warm! I love it. Perfect for temps in the 50s-60s.

I really like the pockets which not only hold a lot but the opening is wide so that it is easy to put my wallet in there. The collar is higher than my old fleece jacket which is great on a windy day. This jacket is very cozy and comfortable.
