This is a Christmas present for my wife, but my daughter loves it

Quite warm and definitely windproof, although the color is different than what is shown online or in the picture.

I usually wear a small in LLBeans women's tops but usually need a medium in their jackets and coats. Love the fit of this jacket especially for my daily walks. Great for mild to brisk weather and great for layering on slightly colder days. I usually wear a small in LL Bean women's tops but I for some reason or another are more comfortable in a size Medium in all of their jackets. The zippered slash pockets at the side of the coat plus the zippered pocket on the left breast offer ample storage for phone or anything else you take with you. Very pleased with this purchase.

This is a nice quality product that will be very versatile. I receive compliments every time I wear it.

I was happy to buy this on sale. I am 5'2" and bought both a reg and petite small and ended up keeping the reg because the arm length fit better. I have worn it a few times and LOVE IT!

Purchased the bone color first. Never know how something will fit. Love the length and tapered at the waist but without the stupid pull strings to shape a boxy garment. This was such a cold winter inside my house and outside. The jacket zippers up covering the neck. Since I had surgery in January, I couldn't deal with a scarf. I ordered a navy one, when it was on sale, shortly after receiving the first one. I lived in these all winter. Great purchase, great item.

I love this jacket - and wore it nearly every day for my walks until it just began to get quite warm. But it is still March, so I'll prob get to wear it more this season. The jacket is very well made and has 3 excellent zippered pockets that I use a lot. Great for transitional weather! I've worn it in temps from 45-60, depending on sun and wind. My usual LLBEAN size is petite XS. But the cut of their clothes seems to be getting a bit shorter and tighter. So I first bought this jacket in a Small on Feb 10. I thought the bit of extra room would be good for layering. I wore it a couple of times and it just didn't fit right. So I ordered my usual size, XS petite, about a week later, and it fits great! Very comfortable with a "just-right" soft stand up collar.

Love the looks, the fit and the light weight of this jacket. The black goes with everything.

I love this jacket, I just got back from a hike by the lake and it's very windy out. The jacket kept me comfortable and able to enjoy nature!

I had a different color for many years but I lost weight and so I bought a smaller size. It's perfect for cold windy days.

Is close-fitted so I was surprised and had to ask for the next-larger size to be comfortable over a blouse/pullover. Lovely feeling, very soft. Good alternative to my parka when the cold let up and I didn't need the extra fur, etc. Nice jacket.

I purchased this about a year ago for the chilly Pacific Northwest Fall and Winter. I wanted something that was easy to slip into for errands and that would keep me warm without overheating. At first it seemed to be snug but the more use I get the more comfortable it seems. I prefer this to the EBauer fleece because this one is a softer feel and comfort for me. I love the navy color and it will be great for travel to Alaska this summer.

Very happy to have expanded my LLBean fleece collection, to have the navy & two-tone periwinkle are a great asset, love the zippered pockets, especially providing that roomy breast pocket ( like what the guys get) Next purchase will try a size smaller ( a good thing) Keep up the good! Thank you!

I bought this a few weeks ago at the outlet in Concord, New Hampshire. I am loving this jacket. I wear it all the time.

This is my second jacket, I have one in navy that I bought a year ago. Love it for wind and warmth while walking. It's not insulated, but warmer than a light jacket. Fits well for a medium. It's like a heavy fleece

Windproof FLEECE!!! Perfect alone and for layering under a down jacket. I love this jacket and highly recommend.

This is the second Mountain Classic Windproof Fleece Jacket that I've purchased, but in the dark blue. These jackets are warmer than the standard fleece sweater due to its wind breaking capabilty and yet it has breathability. This is very beneficial when you are being active so that you don't overheat. I like the color and wear it around town. The high collar also helps keep the heat in.

Perfect coat for Texas winter. Great for dog walks by the lake when it's windy and 40 degrees, I wore it everywhere for a month, now I'll bring it to Maine when I visit in early Spring.

I just got to wear this jacket for the first time where it warmed up. Love it! I especially love the color which will go with everything I wear.

Fabulous, warm and blocks the wind. I wear this dog training and as my last layer underneath my -40 F coat.

I owned this jacket in a different size for over a decade and loved it--perfect for cooler autumn and spring weather. It really is windproof and water resistant (but I would not wear it in a steady rain). But since it no longer fit me, I was happy to see LL Bean carried it again and bought it in my current size. It's as good as I remember it and should last me at least a decade again.

Nice style, and features. I chose the "Nautical Navy", which is a nice shade of navy. I use it by itself for outdoor walks; and also use it for layering under my parka on very cold days & evenings.
