I'm so happy I bought this coat! I was looking for a new winter coat that was both warm and stylish. I ordered the olive green color and I have gotten so many compliments on it already. I haven't had a chance to wear it outside for an extended period of time yet, but I can already tell it's a very warm coat. When I initially tried it on, I thought it seemed a little big, but after wearing it with sweaters, etc. I would say its true to size.

Very warm and comfy. I'm not crazy about the LLBean logo on the front though. Might be taking it off. Otherwise I'm really happy with it

I love it! It's warm, comfortable. Love the pockets, there is a second zip pocket within the large pocket. I am 5'6", 160lb and wear the small. Medium had too much room. Highly recommend this coat!

I do love this coat! I've purchased other high end coats like this, and while I have enjoyed those, This coat is quality, practical and perfect for wintery walks in the morning with my Labrador. The coat is roomy so don't think you'll need extra room.

Best coat. It's light weight, good looking, protects from the cold cold temperatures.

Just what I needed for winter walks. I hasn't been tested in serious cold yet, but all the features are there - wind-resistant cuffs and front fastening, great zipper. The inner pocket is perfectly placed - one those details that matters!

Pros:Very warm but not too bulky. Love the removable hood and draw sting at waist. Cons: Size runs big. Would prefer the sleeves to have a fitted cuff or velcro instead of snaps.

The parka is well made, seem to be very warm, but for me, a bit too puffy. I am built on the petite side and not tall. The parka overwhelmed me.

Here's what I love about this coat: - warm - roomy enough for bulky sweaters underneath - double pockets; bottom ones zip and are perfect for phone/keys - hood big enough to cover head with a hat on - collar is big enough to tuck chin in when zipped all the way up - perfect length (comes to mid thigh on me) Yes, the zipper is opposite of most women's zippers, and it is a little annoying. But for me, that is a very minor consideration. I'm already mostly used to it, and it's just not that big of a deal. Overall, this is one of the best winter coats I've ever had.

I'm quite petite and ordered the xxs in petite and the coat fits very well, probably the best fitting coat that I have. I find the navy blue color to be very attractive and the coat is nice and warm.

I normally wear petite medium in clothing from LLBean but I sized down in this coat based on the reviews. It's a PERFECT fit, even over a bulky sweater. I was pleased that the length is upper-mid thigh, because coats like this can swallow a short person like me. The sleeves were great too- there is a secure band around the wrist to keep the sleeves above your hands. And I love the olive color. It's a rich neutral shade of olive- not drab, like I worried about. It's a shade of olive that will go with just about any color outfit Flattering to my cool complexion but would look great on warm skin tones too.

Well made, warm, slightly fitted winter parka. I ordered medium - too tight. Returned for large and good fit.
