I bought this about a month ago and not a day too soon. The weather has been in the single digits for a couple of weeks now and this coat has be a life saver! I love that I can adjust the waist band so I don't look like a pile of inner tubes. And I love the color. I got the Kelp Green.

Great coat. Perfect for this winter with it's lower than usual temperatures. I have been keeping the hood attached so I can pull it on if needed. It's also long enough that if I sit, my butt is not on the cold ground

This is by far the best winter jacket I have ever had (this is my third from LL B). The design is perfect. Pockets in all the right places and the right size. It's puffy without being overpowering. The climate this winter in Central New York showed how good it worked at minus 5 with a terrible wind chill factor. I would recommend it for anybody who has to work in the outdoors for any reason.

Great coat. The fit and workmanship are both excellent. This coat will last for a long time.

Love this coat. Got it just before a week of sub-zero temperatures. This coat is warm without the bulk and heaviness of other coats I've worn. Fit is perfect. The only downside is the pockets. They are not very big and no zipper, only a single snap. Won't put my keys in there because I'm afraid they would fall out. Also, no inner pockets.

I think the design and features of this coat were well thought out. I love the double pockets. My phone and keys are in the zippered pockets leaving the snap pockets for my hands. Brilliant! I like how the waist cinches in to keep cold air out and I like the size of the hood. The coat is nice and warm. The only thing I don't care for are the snaps. They are a bit small and harder to snap than larger snaps. Otherwise, I am very happy with my new coat.

So warm and fits perfect. My only complaint is the button detachment on the hood comes off easily if it's resting on a chair in my office and I sit down. Perfect for frigid New England weather and long chilly walks with the dog

I initially thought the coat felt light. I kept the tag on for 2-3 weeks to test it out! It's WARM! It's been awhile since I had a good winter coat. They have made them less bulky.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my wife. She loves it, especially when walking the dog at night in freezing, windy weather.

I love this jacket. I love everything about it. The subtle fabric pattern and color are really nice. It keeps me warm without being excessively bulky. The inside has cords to tailor the fit at the waist. There is no Velcro on the jacket which is a plus (I'm forever catching Velcro on other fabrics and it is a trap for lint, dog hair, etc.) The wrists have snaps to adjust the the cuffs. The hood is attached with snaps and can be removed. It does not have any faux fur. This was another amazing LL Bean purchase that I look forward to wearing for years to come.

This parka is incredibly comfortable, warm, and perfect for the coldest time of year. I'm 5 feet tall and 120 lbs and chose a petite medium to allow room for layering; the fit provides excellent coverage while still being flattering, thanks to the adjustable waist drawstring. Thoughtful features really set it apart, including snap buttons over the zipper for quick closure, a detachable hood, and multiple secure zippered pocketsboth hidden and at the chestfor essentials like a phone. My mother and sister, who are similar in stature, purchased the same jacket and we all love how functional, stylish, and well-fitting it is.

Looks good, fits well, and is warm. I would like it better if the hood wasn't so big.

This purchase was a repeat. I was happy with first purchase, but this one is even better! Additional zippered pockets strategically placed behind the regular front hand pocket placement. Great hood. Hood also "equipped" with snap and Velcro attachment points! Great design. Somebody was on their game!

I am so happy that I found this coat. I am 5'2" and 112 pounds and the XS fits perfectly. The coat is extremely comfortable and has kept me warm on these 28 degrees days.

My wife absolutely loves it and it fit like a glove . Also she looks grerat and has received lots of compliments on the coat.
