Did not like. strange fit. very disappointed. first item I've returned in years.

I've had this jacket for several years. I've only worn it a few times. Why? It gives little warmth, nor does it do much to break the wind. Also, the zipper was always a challenge. Now it doesn't work at all. My bad. I should have returned it.

I am a plus size women and I was looking forward to getting this coat. When I received it was very disappointed. The material feels rough like wool , runs small , and is not flattering for a plus size women. Adds bulk

It came poorly packed and the material looked cheap. I normally wear a medium in coats and outerwear and this was tight in the boy and even the arms. Very disappointed in the quality and fit.It looked nothing like the coat seen in the catalogue

Low quality, wanted to return it when my mother did not want it but they had a deadline for a return so could not return it

Sent back. I didn't like the material as it was too rough. Also made we look too fluffy, if you know what I mean.

The coat was very small to size with other llbean fleece jackets. The hood was way too big. It was returned.

I thought this was going to be cozy and cuddly, but it looked used and rough and not what I wanted to wear to keep me warm.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Came with zipper broken, this is the second jacket bought with a broken zipper.

It is too long in my opinion. I personally don't like the proportions. I am a little short, though.

The armholes on this coat are extremely small. Very uncomfortable and I was wearing a T shirt.

Sadly, I will be returning. Love the coat, but the arm holes are too snug. Very strange

I wanted to love this! It was not as soft and fluffy as I expected! It was also made for a woman with more hips than me! :-D

This coat SINCERELY Looked awful on my build and proportions.I am 4'11".I weigh about 111LbS.My Legs are not thin Legs,they're FuLL.I think especially narrow Legs are better suited for it.I didn't feeL the overall Look of it was Elegant,even if I was blessed with thinner Legs.-sorry for contradicting myself.I didn't Like the Fabric nor the cut.-it has no curvature or shape.The Fabric is Like cheap carpet instead of warm Looking Like you wouLd expect-I chose the dark grey.The zipper also was totally not working.I was coveting another coat by LLBEAN that was much more expensive and I'm disappointed I Lost my sacred precious 15% discount code by trying this one.LLBEAN is an UNBELIEVABLY OUTSTANDING company and this review should have no negative reflection on the company.

This would be a great coat if only more generously sized through upper arms and shoulders. Not sized for layering. 3X fits me in most outdoorsy competitors' sizing -- not this one, sadly. I liked the design and length, very cozy -- but had to return.

Just plain ugly. Wouldn't want it if it were free. The sleeves are tight (never have I ever...), the unlined hood screams polyester, and it doesn't even have the substantiality of a heavy sweatshirt. (P.S.--if one chooses to use the return label offered by LL Bean, $6.50 will be deducted from the refund amount.)

I was so disappointed in this coat. It is very thin. The material is dingy and looks cheaply made. This is not what I expect from LLBean.

I am trying to exchange this for larger size and still don't have the exchange. it's been almost 3 weeks and the chat customer service was not helpful and offered no solutions.

I am sure its a lovely coat, but its super unflattering. I put it on and my husband laughed and said, "you look like a bear"

Didn't fit my sister for her 60th birthday and you were all out of her size so she exchanged it for a gift card. I wanted her to have the coat!

Terrible. Zippers were very hard to work on pockets. I gave up trying to get coat to zip up. Very disappointed

It was a present so I will keep it. It is a very unflattering cut. It gives a very frumpy look. Also, it is very stiff. I will be using it for walking so I hope it's warm.

I would suggest a lining on this jacket The inside was like it you plastic and not comfortable at all

Very bulky, not flattering, thick fabric. Returned this item.

I loved the outside of this jacket but the inside has no lining or anything looked really cheap not something I would of expect from this company
