Gorgeous coat! Cozy! Pretty! I gave it 4 stars because it wasn't 100% perfection, but close.. it is a little scratchy on the inside, and it is very narrow at the waist. It is true to size, but I was close to sizing up because of the narrow waist. I feel like the inside quality needs to live up to the LL Bean good standards. But I'm happy enough to keep it! Cute sherpas that aren't too hot are hard to find. I say start with your normal size and go from there. For reference I am 5'9" 165lbs, 34d and medium fit true, little snug.

I was excited to receive this jacket, but the zipper side pockets are stuck I cannot pull them down. I can't figure out why BOTH zipper pockets are stuck. $150 the zipper should glide down smooth like butter. I'm 5'8" 140lbs slim frame, I ordered a small the sleeves were a bit shorter than I would like them to be if I fold my arms the sleeves pull back past my wrists. I wouldn't return it because of this. It does look so cute though, but unfortunately I'm going to return it because both side pocket zippers are stuck.

Love it! Much warmer than I expected! Cut slim in middle, tight over NEPA sweaters!

Usually I can wear a 1X with most LLBEAN items but this is snug and not flattering on. I love how it looks on a hanger though, and haven't decided if I will keep it yet.

I've never ordered from LL Bean until now. I am usually a large up top, so I ordered my usual size but found it much too large everywhere as I wanted to wear this only over a long sleeve tee. I guess I was expecting something a little softer, less stiff as well as I was looking for an all day sweatshirt/ jacket. I ordered the grey but found it to be a bit dingy looking. I've seen it on others in town (in the cream) and it looks great on them but it's not quite what I was looking for.

This is a beautiful fleece coat. I received many compliments on the color. The fit is on the small side, as I ordered a medium and it is snug. Very comfortable in 30 - 50 degree range. Would order again, but in a larger size.

Great casual coat . Warm and cozy . I'm 5'6 125 lbs and I ordered the X small. Fits perfectly.

I originally ordered a small, I'm 5'8 and weigh 128. It was too small to wear anything like a heavy sweater underneath. I exchanged for a medium which is perfect. It is warm but not warm enough to wear in frigid temperatures, 20 degrees or such. Love the double zipper because it makes driving with a coat so much easier. I like the color which is very neutral and the coat itself is very light weight. In general I am pleased with my purchase.

I LOVE this jacket and have gotten so much wear from it even in the first few weeks of owning it! It's cozy and warm, and I love the slightly curved hem at the bottom. I typically wear it with leggings and tennis shoes for walks or watching my kids play outside on mild yet chilly days (40-55*) when I don't necessarily need my full-on puffy jacket. I am 5'5" 135lb 34C, usually a 27 in pant sizes, and I ordered both a small and a medium to make sure I got the right size. The medium swallowed me - it looked baggy through the middle, especially when unzipped but even zipped up, so I stuck with the small. My only complaint is that the shoulders feel a little more narrow in the small, so I can't wear thicker layers underneath it. However, it's fine for a regular shirt underneath, and I figured that I'm not wearing it when it's below freezing outside, so I shouldn't necessarily need thicker layers underneath it since it is a fleece. Overall, love this jacket - it took me a year to decide to finally invest in it, and I wish I had sooner!

This is a great jacket just a bit too snug for me w/sweater underneath. Returned.

I ordered a medium size but it fit a little too tight and since I want to wear some layered tops at times, I sent the medium back and got a large which feels better. I am a size 10, slim build just to give you an idea of the fit. I love the coat.

Fit info: 5'6" 159#. Wear a size large top and size 10-12 jeans. 38DDD bra. Bought a large, which fit great through shoulders, waist, hips. Bust too snug. Reordered an XL. Busty gals, order a size up. Fleece is soft. Zipper heavy duty and didn't get caught in the fleece. Hood caressed my face. Zippered slant pockets are roomy and easily accessible. Big enough to leave your purse at home. Look forward to the replacement.

Really like this coat. Its nicely made and warm.My only complaint is I think it runs small. I got it in navy.

So soft and cozy, I do love it, but it ran a little small for me. I sent it back and may try the next size up!

While I like this jacket for Fall it would be nice if it were lined. The jacket inside has all seams exposed. The jacket is a nice length and the hood is nice if it starts to rain or get windy.

Cute jacket but it just didn't work for me. Snug over my hips and next size up would have been too big in the arms. I HATE wearing a logo on my clothing so I would have had to really love this jacket to keep it even if it had fit well.

I wanted a long fleece jacket and finally landed on this one. I haven't purchased from LL Bean before so I thought I would try based on the design. Overall I like it, but it is too short in the sleeves and a bit tight across my shoulders. I am 5'10" and normally wear a large. I sized up to XL to hopefully get some length. Didn't really work out. I am not returning it, I'll probably end up giving to my mom. It would be nice if more talls were offered, there are only 8 in the total womens line. I wanted to get a color block puffer too but no talls. I'll stick to my usual retailer for tall girl stuff.

Im 5'5 135 lbs sz M. Plenty of room for a sweater. Length was good. Sherpa is tightly wound and good quality. Weight was a bit heavier than expected. Overall good purchase.

The jacket itself is nice and warm but larger then expected, i ordered the smallest size and its not fitted to me at all, just baggy

Very nice coat with deep zippered pockets. My only complaint is it runs a little small.

Great fit overall. Would have done five stars if there was a waist synchto make it more fitted for more slender people. Overall love the weight and color and quality! 5'7" 120 lbs ordered a small

Pros: it is warm, toasty, and comfortable. Cons: sizing can be off (I tried on multiple size M, some fit tighter/looser), and the lining could be softer, less scratchy. All in all, I do love the coat and can't wait to wear it once the weather turns cold.

Love the color and weight of the jacket. Love the lining helps with wind resistance. The length is perfect- stays put to cover my bottom. (Will be especially helpful when sitting on cold metal bleachers.) Pockets are good. Only reason for not giving it five stars is because I wish it had a way to cinch the waist/ snug up the fit a bit when I don't need to wear layers underneath. I ordered the medium, which is my standard size. The jacket is roomy with some fitted shape. I debated exchanging for a smaller size but want the flexibility to wear a thick sweater underneath on mild winter days.
