Love It. My only complaint is that it advised me to order a certain size but I think I could have gone down. I'm 5'6" 260lb. I ordered a 3x but feel it's a bit loose around the mid section. It's still fits ok. I Would buy from them again.

I bought this jacket over the weekend just in time for our first snow here in southern New Hampshire. It's been super windy and cold and this jacket definitely keeps me warm! I browsed online and decided to go in and try in person to make sure I knew what size I needed and I'm glad I did. They run larger than I expected! I have a larger chest so usually have to size up but not in this jacket! I love the fact that you can tighten around the waist from the inside and the length options are great. I'm 5'6" 160 lbs and got a medium regular and can still wear a hoodie underneath. My only complaint is that the pockets could be a little larger. It's tight for even just my phone and keys. Looking forward to wearing this often!

LLBean colors are not as pretty as they used to be. This coat needs more and better secured pocket space. I'm sure it's plenty warm, though.

Having a heavy weighty coat on in winter is annoying to me, and this coat is very light in weight yet quite warm. I can easily fit a heavy sweater under it. Two complaints, though: the pockets are not deep enough which could have been solved by designing the pockets 1-2" higher. My gloves (and cell phone) tend to slip out. (There is an inner chest pocket that works fine for the phone.) Second: the hood is too "tall" -- when pulled up it falls over my forehead and almost past my eyes. Other than these two things, this is an excellent coat.

I gave it 4 stars because although it is warm, the zipper gets stuck constantly. The piece that goes into both zippers doesn't go all the way down easily and if you don't get it right the zipper will get stuck and it is very hard to undo. It takes about 5 to 7 times to get the zipper piece srtaight to the bottom of the zipper.

Good combination of light-weight and warm. The length is also a plus. I marked it down because the zipper can be finicky, sometimes requiring a couple of attempts to engage, the pockets are a bit small to easily hold thick gloves, and, if fully zipped up, the stiff top edge of the coat is uncomfortable under the chin.

I live in WI, and this parka is perfect - not too heavy/bulky but still keeps me warm! Like some others mentioned, the pockets are small! Too small that my iPhone 12 mini even got dropped a couple times already. Well, I just should button the pocket but since I don't have to for my other coats or jackets, I forget then my phone gets dropped! Other than that, the parka is perfect!

When my mountain classic parka arrived, I was ready to send it back. How can something so lightweight be warm? I am so glad I kept it. Not only is it warm enough to handle temperatures in the teens, it's extremely comfortable. I like the double pockets, one zipper and one snap closure on each side; also there is an inside pocket for glasses or a cellphone. My concern is that feathers are coming out on the outside of the parka. Only a few so far but what if it continues? I have not previously owned a down jacket so I don't know if this is normal. This shedding of feathers is the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars.

Love the jacket. Just wish it came in tall since I have long arms.

Great coat. Warm and lightweight. I went up a size so I can layer, the waist drawcord gives you shape. I took off a star due to the pockets. I would prefer a large zip pocket not 2 in one smaller pockets. There is an inside zip pocketwhich is nice

Love the warmth,love the feel of being wrapped up but very cumbersome to contain on a bleacher seat.

I would have given it 5 stars, however, the pockets are terrible. They are small and angled so you have to snap them shut to hold most things in. Overall, I love the coat! It's very warm and I receive many compliments on it!

I like this coat very much. Two things I wish were different, those are: that the pockets were a bit deeper. I worry that I will lose my phone out of them. The other thing is I wish the snaps and zipper were the other way. I feel very warm and cozy in this coat.

The front hand pockets are not big enough and they need zipper closure so things don't fall out. Would like another interior pocket.

I got this specifically because I wanted a coat that fit me. I'm petite and wanted the sleeves and length to fit. This jacket was just right for me. It's plenty warm for those real cold days. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was the pockets are too shallow. My gloves barely fit in them. I have to be careful as they can fall out.

Great. coat, very warm and comfortable. Only complaints I have are that the buttons to close it are very tiny and hard to button and it would be great to have a pocket on the outside of the coat and a bigger pocket inside.

I purchased this coat.. I have an older version and really love it. I was disappointed that this coat did not have some of the same features. Velcro cuffs to keep the cold out on the sleeves, the new one has 2 snaps, the hood has snaps, the older one has a zipper. I thought there would be a sale on this coat after the holidays.

I was on the borderline between two sizes and asked for guidance. I was told to buy the smaller size, which i did. I was leaning that way already, so I bought the L/1X size, thinking there was no way a size 2x/3x would look right. I've never worn either of those larger sizes. I still don't think the larger size would be appropriate since the L/XL fits in the waist and hips. My conclusion is this coat isn't quite right for ladies with a larger than the chart size's bust measurement. This isn't the coat I would buy if I had it to do over. A coat without the combined sizing of this coat would be a starting point. Other than the above, I truly like the coat. It is not too bulky, but it is warm enough to wear in the snowy days we get sometimes in TN. I like the easy to manage quick snap up design with the additional zipper for windy days.

I Love this coat. It's like wearing an attractive sleeping bag. It does have one flaw, shallow pockets. I've lost my phone so many times I've lost count. There's a pocket with a zipper and above outside of that one. It's that one which is super shallow and Everything falls out of it. But besides that one flaw, I do see it as such, it's a perfect coat. Super warm, and it's going to be -20 tomorrow.
