I bought one for myself and another as a gift for a friend. My friend wore it for a week before the fabric tie on the zipper pull came apart and fell off, which was embarrassing for me, especially since it was so expensive. I was considering buying more as gifts for family members but I'm afraid of them encountering similar issues. It doesn't matter that they can return it -- it's embarrassing in the first place to give a gift that ends up being shoddy.

Great Robe, however I went back to buy another one for my mother this year and it costs 25% more than it did last year. Disgraceful LLBean.

I loved the robe so much and I washed it two times and the zipper broke and there was a hole in the inside of the pocket. I was told I was going to get a label to send my robe back and someone there would send me a new one. I do not want my money back. I really just want a functioning perfect robe that I bought. I gifted three of these to my friends for Christmas And mine was the one that got ruined for no reason.

Loved it for one day. The next morning the cheap plastic zipper went off track at the bottom. After a half hour+ trying to fix it I gave up. Now I will be driving in post Christmas traffic to return it to the store. After decades of LL Bean purchases I'm disappointed by the continuous downturn in the quality of their products.

I purchased this robe last winter to be my "ugly mom robe" and it has not even made it through one whole winter. The zipper has already broke. Also the fuzzy part on the sleeves are gross. They get really hard balls in the fluff and it grosses me out. The pockets are too small to feel safe about slipping your phone in. I would not repurchase this robe. I live in a robe in the winter.

it is shedding fuzz all over the house, even after washing and drying. It is a mess

I received this as a Christmas gift. The robe looked as though two different people constructed it. The trim in the left side was irregular and didn't match the right side when zippered; the zipper placket seam on the left side was puckered. The pockets too big and at hip level and if you're a least bit hippy, you look like a bowling ball. Where is your quality inspection before you sell it at $99.

Got this as a Christmas gift last year and after a couple months the cuffs seem to be matted and rough. Tried washing it but didn't do any good.

Very unhappy with the robe because it became very rough inside the cuffs! Extremely uncomfortable!!! Not at all pleased.

I purchased one two years ago and it was nice warm and I am very happy with the quality didnt mind the $$ So these year three for my mom and sisters and It wasn't like the one I purchased. The quality is not good and doesn't feel warm like the old one does so I am returning it

The overall comfort was nice, but the zipper broke within two months, and it WILL NOT close. Very dissatisfied

I received this robe for a Christmas gift. It is coming apart at the seams. Very disappointed in the lack of quality control from LL Bean these days. This will be the last time I request or buy their products. I could find better quality on a dept store shelf for a fraction of the price.

Really sloppy workmanship. Stitching is all over the place. Way overpriced for the quality.

Had to return this product: quality was appalling. Simply careless manufacturing that should have been caught before going on sale. Returned the item - not worth the money in regards to quality.

The sleeves are uneven and it appears to be a "second ". Not a quality garment for what I paid.

The Inferior zipper makes it impossible to zip up.

Normally I love anything from llbean. I purchased this robe with little hesitation even though there were a couple of reviews about the craftsmanship, specifically the sewing quality. As soon as I received the robe I tried it on and the fit was perfect. It felt plush and warm, especially around the neck area. The zipper seemed to be a good one although the stitching looked like it had been done by a 10 year old. That said, I promptly slipped my iPhone into one of the pockets and it landed on the floor! I examined the pocket and there was a large hole. If you purchase this robe, you should examine it carefully for flaws especially if you intend it to be a gift. Quality control was definitely lacking. To add insult to injury, llbean says they're charging me for use of the "convenience" return label for a defective product.

I loved this robe. I have to sleep in a recliner, and the robe over my pajamas kept me nice and cozy.The bad problem happens when you have to wash it; almost broke my machine, because wet it is much too heavy to allow the machine to spin. Took it out soaking wet and hung over a drying rack for 3 days. As long as you don't need to ever get it clean, it is wonderful!

I bought this to replace a very old Bean fleece robe, and was excited to get it. Until I tried it on, that is. I can't remember a more unflattering LLBean purchase ever. I'm pear shaped and the bulk of the inseam pockets hit me right at the hips. The sleeves are several inches too long, and rolling them up to fit meant that the contrasting cuff disappeared. The overall sizing is comfortable but not so generous that there is room for layers (like PJs) underneath without bunching up. The fabric is soft and the color is very cozy, but there's no way I want to keep this robe. Back it goes.

Loved robe,fabric and zipper. The white on the cuffs did not turn up correctly.

Ordered this Wicked Plush Robe in December, it finally arrived end of February. Not an inexpensive robe either. It arrived and the Placket part of robe was crooked. Had to return plus pay for postage! Outrageous!

Fleece Robe I have is great so decided to order another one only to find they changed the robe altogether! Same Item number! Now only the collar and sleeves have fleece and the rest of it is "plush!" You can buy plush anywhere for a lot less. Too bad they changed this robe to an inferior product.

This robe is cheaply made and overpriced. I returned it. So far below Bean's one-time standards, it's shocking.

Not very happy with the quality at all, neck is so low in the front doe not keep you warm
