Although this is a very comfy and warm robe, I had to return the first one that I bought due to an open seam on the front of the robe and a hole in the pocket. Llbean had no difficulty taking the defective robe back, but it was a real inconvenience to have to return the robe. I did not ask for a discount for the inconvenience but I believe I should have been offered one. Time is precious! Not the review you may want!

I find this robe very soft, warm for winter and comfortable. I'm sure I will continue to enjoy it on cold winter days. It include a zip up from the bottom as well as the top

It feels like I'm wearing velvet! Very cozy which feels so good on cold mornings. I loved it so much I bought another one! It is extremely difficult to find zippered robes these days so finding this lovely robe at L. L. Bean was perfect.

This is the softest, coziest robe I've ever owned. Bought a second one for a family member. It is long and it zips up so your legs aren't cold like robes that just tie shut and are shorter.

Love the zip closure and length is perfect. It's super soft and washes well. Also great to throw on for around the house, is more modest than some of its tie-front cousins especially with guests. This is like a robe coat. Love the fact there is no tie. Love the fact its not a huge sack; fits amazing and has pockets. I wear it like a coat in the house all day long. It is the perfect temperature. Highly Highly recommend if you are someone who normally hates robes. I am 5'3 and 38D. Large fits perfect even after washing and drying on casual.

I received my plush robe just as the Arctic bomb of Christmas weekend hit my area of the East Coast. I was so happy to have it! It is "wickedly" warm and comfortable! The plush has a nice deep nap and is silky against my skin. It may be the best robe I have ever owned. Seems to run just a little generous on size, which is fine in a robe. Buy it! Enjoy it!
