I just love these pants. They are so cozy and I wear them all the time. They are great for lounging around but even better for walking the dog or easy hikes. I have worn them this week walking in 25 degree weather for about 30 minutes and they kept me relatively warm. I liked the unlined Camp pants so much that I decided to try these and now have two pairs. The one con is the cheap drawstring. It is the only part of the pant that seems cheap.

These pants are a new winter version of the summer (unlined) pants that many of us purchased many pairs of for the summer. (Those summer pants are over the top wonderful.) These fit like the summer version but have a light fleece lining. I had to have mine hemmed. (can't order petites because the rise is too high) They are comfortable and warm. I have already recommended them to a friend.

so comfortable and love the quick dry materials. I work outdoors every day and they keep me warm down to about 4o-45 degrees without having to wear leggings. Thank you for making a pull-on and lined option.

I have not had the chance to wear these yet, but I love the unlined ones, which I wear for work everyday. I am out visiting patients all day long, in and out of my car. I know these will be my new favorite when the weather gets colder. Perfect for walking the dog/hiking.

I ordered these because I love the summer pants I ordered. I did not have to shorten them. These are longer but I rolled up the cuffs. They are warm for every day wear around 45 degrees. If I was going to be outside longer (Ie: hiking or golfing), I would add thermal underwear. They fit me a little loose but I am fine with that.

I have the unlined Vista Trail pants and love them. So when I was headed for Arcadia National Park at the end of October, I wanted warmer pants. These were perfect. I love that they come in petite sizes. This is one of the main reasons I buy pants from llbean! but I do wish they were number sized. I usually take a 12 petit and the Medium just barely makes it on the rise part. The large was way too big. But,over all, very happy and would recommend for chilly days ahead.

Great fit and style

I bought these pants last year, probably late fall. It's a cold windy morning as I prepare for my five mile walk. I rooted through sweats and winter stuff and found these. I'm in heaven. So warm and comfy. Perfect fit. May have to put another pair on my Christmas list.

Because I have loved and worn the summer weight version of these pants for the past two summers, I was very happy to see the fleece-lined version this fall. They fit as well as the summer version. The fleece lining is thin but warm. Very comfortable. These pants are great if you have trouble finding pants that don't gap or are too large in the waist. The drawstring elastic waist is wide and can be adjusted without bunching up.

These pants are great! I wear them walking the dog for miles several times a week in Minnesota winters. Love them so much I'm ordering another pair.

Love these pants! I have 4 pair now. These pants are so comfortable! The lining is soft and doesn't add a lot of bulk. Washes like a dream. Extra pockets equal function. My only suggestion - an extra sturdy pocket to carry a heavier item such a heavier phone or item, especially for long walks/hikes.

I live in Alaska and I bought a pair of these pants in black for work during the winter months. This pant is very light weight, warm but not hot. I love mine so much I also ordered the navy blue color. They are really comfortable with an elastic waist, plenty of pockets. They are multi-purpose as they look great for work, and I wear them constantly at home or going out on errands. Going to get rid of my sweat pants as these pants are more comfy and look better!

These are great pants ... well-made, comfortable, warm. This is my 4th pair, I think. I've had the lined and unlined. They wash beautifully. Usually a small fits best around the waist but I purchased a medium this time to try a little looser fit. Would wear a small in the unlined pants.

I was looking for sturdy pants for outdoors in winter. These pants are perfect. They are warm, comfortable and now have become my go to all around winter pants. Easy to get on and off . Look good. What else can you want. Only request, i wish they would come in other colors..I bought the black. Will probably get another black pair. Thanks L.L. Bean for coming through on theses pants!

I love these pants! Have two pair of the fleece-lined and some without the lining. They're super comfortable and cozy. Love, Love, Love!

I have two cropped and three regular length pants for summer. I wear them everywhere. They dry quickly if I get them wet working in the garden, but they are too lightweight for Kansas winters. I bought a pair of fleece-lined ones and they are perfect, so I bought another pair. I plan on buying one or two more pairs. I wish they also came in the slate gray color. I love having pocketsespecially ones that can actually be used. I have not had any trouble with the the material pilling or snagging as others have complained about and mine get rough wear.

Love the zip pockets and the design of the pants but wish Beans would look at other makers of nylon spandex pants with a slightly different combination of both. Two trips up on my lap and the dog does a number on this soft fabric. Other nylon spandex pants I have are of different combinations of the two fabrics and survive her nightly visits without looking worn out after several wearings. They all seem to have about the same stretch factor which puts them on top of my pants list. Before the lined pants I wore long underwear with nylon spandex when it was cold. The Vista lining is nice, warm enough but doesn't encroach on your space or feel or look bulky.

Excellent purchase. These are very comfortable and warm. Great for chilly weather. I use them to run errands, early morning walks in the neighborhood, and light hiking on the trails. I bought two pairs in black and they get lots of use.

warm, great fit, comfortable, great for winter dog walking,must have all the great pockets which is why i bought these pants. I have 3 summer pair but I hope pilling of material on upper front doesn't happen as on summer pants. I wore them constantly. I would still buy them because it is impossible to get pants with side pockets that fit.

I was looking for comfortable and warm pants that do not look like sleepwear or lounge pants. These are perfect. The fleece inside keeps you warm without the sweat. Love the gentle stretch in them. Only issue -- the string tie is elastic which makes it hard to get a tight fit on the waist. I will be buying the navy ones too.

I bought these pants for a trip to Ireland in late November, and they worked well for long outdoor hikes and walks in cold temperatures. Despite the bitter Irish cold, wind, and rain, these pants kept me cozy and warm. Wish I'd found them sooner! They are now my go-to pants for walks in the neighborhood during the late fall and winter months. Soft, warm, and comfortable.

These pants are quite useful and warm. Nice enough to wear into town but can also tolerate outdoor work in the wintertime.

Great pants, perfect in every way. I wore the unlined one's all summer, when it turned cold I'd wear a pair of base pants underneath for some warmth. Now I can wear these all winter, I know I'll go back for the other color. Perfect for travel too, so much more comfortable than jeans. Thank you Bean for adding the fleece. I got the medium, to me, Bean pants run on the larger side so for me, the medium size fits perfect.

The pants fit great. I got a size small (I usually run between a small and medium) and the small fits perfectly. They are cozy and light weight. Would definitely recommend!
