I love these for fit but I ordered black, received shoes labeled grey beige on the box, and the shoes are actually navy blue.

There is a hard support that runs inside across my mid foot. That made it very uncomfortable to walk. I was disappointed because I really like the shoe otherwise.

Snooze fest. This shoe is so boring. Why a giant white sole with black shoe? I will never understand

Purchase “wide”. They are not wide. They were squeezing the top of my foot so so tight. I do own wide new balance shoes that are amazing but these are not.

These shoes were okay feeling. However, they pinched down on my toes. There was enough toe space in length, but they were cut a bit to close to the top of the toes, so you felt the fabric.

The shoe is not the quality I expected for the price. I don't think it will be much of a walking shoe but will serve as a casual clean shoe.

I'm usually a 7.5 wide for running shoes but I need a size 8 wide in these and there is no arch support, but I like the look of them.

I have been looking a a white sneeker, and I thought this would be it. New Balance 7.5 wide is usually a great fit. This time no way. It must have been on the bottom of the cutting line. So, they go back, Thanks Zappos for your freee return policy.

Like the style but a bit small and when I replaced the insert with a better arch support it made the shoe tight

They were ok for an inexpensive shoe. I'd compare them to a Sketchers slip on. But they didn't offer enough support or cushion for all day walking.

Nice looking shoe but does run a size too small so I can't even wear what I bought.

The color looks grey in the picture but pulls more green in real life so that's unfortunate that it's not as neutral as I thought

Returning. Ordered 1/2 larger due to reviews and still too small/narrow. Toe touched end. Beautiful show though. Just wished they fit.

The color is supposed to be black... when in the sun, they look dark green

My experience was similar to previous reviewer. I ordered in wide in my normal size. While there is plenty of room in the width, they run at least 1/2 size short. The soles were not particularly cushiony, either.

Fit was fine, the fabric was uncomfortably stiff.

Poor quality material. It felt rough and scratchy.

This was small but main problem it is poorly made. Cheaply made and uncomfortable. Usually NB are softer, this overall shoe stiff making you not even wanting to put it on. Disappointed.

I wear a lot of tennis shoes and was just looking for something to walk on the treadmill and wear to the gym a few days awake. These shoes have absolutely zero support and felt like I was walking on bricks. I even changed the inside sole out with some Dr. Scholls and still had blisters from 2 days at the gym. I usually love New Balance so this was disappointing to me, I have returned them to try again

These shoes looked perfect, and then I wore them for an hour and started getting blisters on the top of my feet. The top of the shoe isn't padded at all, and the seams put pressure on the top of the foot. It was sad, because the shoes are so cute.
