I live in a cold climate in Mts of Idaho and LOVE wearing these MERINO 'leggings' under my MERINO outer-pants all day for about 6 months a year. It's good to have 2 pairs of leggings to trade off for laundering them. I only want to wear MERINO CLOTHING all year long!!! All my shirts and pants are MERINO. Warm in cold weather, yet cool and comfortable in warm weather too!

I live in Vermont. Got a pair of the lined, windproof leggings but they are nowhere near warm enough to be worn on a day outside below 20 degrees and the waistband is useless. So I got these wool liners and I LOVE them. Will wear under the windproof leggings for cold days. The color (blue) is lovely and they don't slide down my body.

Everday use

I recently bought theses base layer bottom as my sleep wear on a 2 night backpack. So glad I did. The nighttime temperature dropped into the teens. My legs stayed warm.

I've taken my base layer bottomw out on two blustery, cold hikes now, and they've done an excellent job of protecting me and keeping me warm without making me feel clumsy or bulky. I love the color, (fox) too! These are so comfortable, I might just turn down the thermostat at home and wear them all the time.
