I wear this as by base layer in winter. It's not very fitted, as pictures show. Underarm is gapping too much. I don't think it was needed in that area to be roomier because that's not really where the chest / bust circumference is. Nevertheless, I love a wool base layer that is not itchy against the skin.

Sized larger than expected, but a lovely thin but warm tank. Just what I wanted for winter layering but I would wear as a stand-alone top too. Great color.

Bought this for travel as I was heading to Europe in winter and wanted to layer for warmth. It fits well, although I did take it in at the straps as it sat too low for me. Will definitely use this for spring and fall hiking.

I have a lot of Smartwool items but never splurged on a tank. I've been so cold this winter, I wanted a tank to wear underneath my shirts and sweaters. So far this has been great.

I am a 5'5" 125-130lbs woman with a 32D bra size. I bought size small and it fits quite well. When I first got it I found the armholes a bit gape-y, after one wash and short dry it fits better.

Took a chance and ordered a size small even though I'm usually a medium in tops. I wanted to be able to wear this as a base layer. Was surprised to find that the small felt like the right fit for me. Arm holes are pretty substantial and it's fitted but not tight. I'm 5'4", 136 lb, 32DD.

I have not worn wool next to my skin in the past, but these tanks are perfect for that!!! Not itchy at all. And keep me just the right amount of warm with a sweater over the top.

Love this tank. I now have two. Lovely fabric and not too tight or hot.

This is a wonderful layering tank, perfect for chilly early spring under T-shirts. Smart wool has the softest merino wool that I just love. The only drawback is the shape is slightly bowed out under the arms. I bought a small and I'm normally a medium. Fits well everywhere else.

I love the material. I love the fit. I do not like the length....waaaay too long and thus I will not wear it as anticipated. Probably won't wear it much at all. The other Smartwool tank I have is wearing out but is significantly shorter in length. So I will wear it until it's in shreds. Will I buy another? Nope, not until they are shorter. The 'lace' material is uncomfortable (a different Smartwool top).

Terrific! If my core is warm, the rest of me is happy. Perfect under a 1/4 zip baselayer for any cold weather activity. Smartwool continues to elevate my enjoyment of being outdoors throughout the year. Thanks, Su

I use this in the cooler months cycling or skiing. Also great for a little extra comfort when out for a winter evening.

I bought this merino wool tank for layering and to wear over leggings, so the slim longer fit is perfect for me. I purchased a small - I'm 5"7' 135 lbs. 34D chest 29" waist and have an athletic build. My only wish is that it came in a wider range of dark colours.
