So glad to see Smartwool finally developing a plus size line. Love the quality. Runs a tad smaller than expected, so if you like your tops loose, order a size up.

This shirt is a miracle. I bought two for a 20 day trip to Europe, having no idea that they'd be experiencing a heatwave. This is gross, but every day I'd sweat through the shirt and the next morning it would be as fresh as if it had been washed. I only had occasional laundry access, so these two shirts got a lot of wear, while other things got relegated to the dirty clothes bag. I did size up based on reviews on here and it gave me a loose, blousy fit that was perfect for the weather. If I were going to use for an actual base layer I would probably buy true to size.

I went on a 5 day backcountry hike (off trail) in the Yukon. So happy to find merino that fit. Smells good and comfortable. So happy you make my size. Keep them coming!!

I love it! I got 2 colors, the twilight is such a pretty dark teal. The fit is good, sizing chart is accurate. I got a 3x. The shirts also have a nice length, they cover my belly. I have a long torso, so length is often an issue for me.

I so was looking forward to getting these t-shirts as I'm going on a 2 week hike and wanted wool base layers that won't get stinky but these are not 100% wool. These are a wool nylon mix. The nylon holds onto the stink unfortunately. Would have been 5 out of 5 stars if it was 100% wool. My bad for not reading the fabric content more carefully.

If you want it to fit like a roomy yet nice-fitting comfort T-Shirt, order one size up. I normally wear women's XL and based on the size recommendations I should order a 1X. I'm glad I went bigger. Now it's perfect.

I use these for hiking year round in Southern California and like the crew neck for sun protection on my upper chest. I LUV the 2X loose fit for my 38G bust. Royal blue color and charcoal were winners. The cardinal red is super gorgeous but too sheer, even with a nude t-shirt bra.

For an everyday T shirt its ok but fits very very small. Ordered 2 sizes larger than normal and it barely fits so when it shrinks, it will be tight so be warned.

Returned because the fabric seemed a little itchy. Loved having plus sizes available though!

My first try with a wool shirt. I bought my typical size and it is a bit too small. At the end of the day the shirt was covered in mine and my dog's hairs. Fabric is thin and see through. I thought it was a fabric that stays dry but after a brisk walk in 65 degree morning desert weather I developed pit stains that lasted an hour - this will not work for an upcoming trip to a high humidity locale. Overall I am disappointed.

I ordered a size up and it was still ridiculously tight all over. I have two long sleeve smartwool tops that I love and wear all the time. I bought this thinking fabric weight and cut looked similar. I was hoping to wear for travel as a standalone t shirt but it was extremely tight.

I ordered a plus size because I have a larger chest and wanted a flowy fit. Not only was it extremely tight across the chest, but the overall fit was extremely too tight even though I ordered based on the size chart. It fits like it has a lot of elastane or spandex in it, and it was very restrictive. It fit more like a "pink and shrink" rather than actually being cut for a woman's body.
