I tried these on but they just felt big on my feet.... didn't feel that they would provide the support I need, so I returned them and actually decided to go with another brand.

First, I accidentally ordered the version of this shoe with the blingy straps. I'm not a blingy girl. But they fit great so I returned them and order two nonblingy pair in the same size. The straps on the new ones were much tighter and I had to return them. I still had the original pair, because Zappos delivers faster then I can get to the UPS store. So I put the original shoe back on, and I'm not crazy...they fit different. This is frustrating because of the lack of half sizes over size 9. I find this brand of shoe very comfortable, but I really need a 9.5, what gives Fitflops?

I loved these but made the mistake of following the advice of many & ordered down instead of ordering my regular size. I wear a 9, I ordered an 8 & they are too small. It's possible a 8.5 would work if an option but I like my foot to sit inside a flip flop & not at the edge. I am ordering a size 9 & crossing my fingers! Being chunky I think I can get away with them slightly big if need be. They are very cushy & nicely styled.

Wow! There is a big difference in how different styles in this brand fit. This one definitely runs small.

I have used FitFlop and was excited to see a bohemian style. Usually I go with size 7 for flops but I followed the FitFlop size chart, and it suggested to go with size 8. It was too big. The orange mix was too orange than it appeared in the photo.

I already own three pair of FitFlop Surfas. This pair was fine in width, but my toes were at the very top edge, and my heel just about hung over the back. Not the same size as they use to be. Very Disappointing.

The only thing I don't like is they don't put the fuzz on the bottom of the sole anymore so they're a little bit slippery in some areas.

I was a little disappointed. I thought by the previous comments that these would be more comfortable. I recently had some kind of injury to my foot which has caused chronic pain in my heel. This required me to start looking for much softer foot bed. I found an awesome pair of sandals recently at Zappos but they are really casual so I wanted to try some that are a little more stylish. I put these on and they are cute but walked around my house a few times and my heel started bothering me. The foot bed is much harder than I thought.

I have a pair from two years ago that I love!! I wanted to get a new pair in case the other ones start to wear out too much. The only thing that I don't like is the bottoms don't have that felt anymore that will help with traction they're just made of plastic and I hope they're not going to be too slippery.

Average looking sandal. This sandal was too narrow for my wide foot.

Returned this item bc the toe thong pulls in a weird way. Wish they were more comfortable like other Fit Flops I have had in the past.

I love the form of the FitFlop but would suggest not ordering the cloth or webbed strap. The base is high enough that it is easy to roll an ankle as the webbing stretches out. I would order again in a leather strap.

I have very high arches and these felt flat. The toe-post was very thick and uncomfortable.

Toe area is way longer than my toes. Too bad, as they are beautiful. But I hate looking down and seeing so much shoe extending beyond my toes.

Ordered two styles of FitFlops in size 9. The first pair was waay too small. This pair, the FitFlop Surfa, fits perfectly. I gave three stars bc these shoes do not look like any of my FitFlop sandals. The FitFlop logo on this shoe is square and the sole of this shoe is made of a different type of material.The wobbleboard is there but it, too, looks changed. The shoe itself is comfortable and it's in my favorite color...orange. :D Keeping.

Comfy, but scary! We have hardwood-like floors and I kept feeling I would slip and fall while trying these on. No way I'm wearing them! Too bad - they are fairly comfy otherwise.

These Surfa's still have the ribbon toe post instead of a solid folded toe post. The ribbon has always been comfortable...why change it? I'm exploring other brands to find some new sandles for the summer. Their change to the toe post is disappointing.

The footbed of this style is different from my Lulu's, Skinny's and the style that predated the Skinny. Is it wider and the instep is higher? Hoped to go with these due for the more casual straps but exchanging them for another style.

Way Too Big! Every pair of FitFlops I have bought has fit well except for these. I thought they would be fine, so threw out the box and the packaging. Then I started wearing them. They are a good half inch larger in length and width than any of my other size 10 FitFlops. I tried to wear them, but end up tripping on the fronts. The straps are too loose. I usually wear 10.5 to 11 and size 10 in FitFlops is perfect. These I would need a 9. That's just crazy.

I've worn fitflops for several years - was always satisfied. These hurt between toes where strap attaches to arch over foot.

I am a true lover of FitFlops, and a HUGE fan of Zappos due to their amazing customer service, however, these shoes were delivered ripped on the top where the stitching must have missed. Immediately, Zappos refunded me. FitFlops are the most comfortable shoe. I have had trouble with the quality of them. I have had two pair of the jelly style break in between the toe, however, FitFlop.com replaced both. Then these and one other pair were delivered and the strap came unglued from the sole. I will continue to purchase this brand due to the comfort, however, be sure to inspect them for defects.

I love Zappos and Fit Flops. These fit way too big across my foot. It would be easy to twist your foot. This is a common problem with these shoes, but this is just so loose, a regular size would not work at all. Very disappointed.

This is an attractive shoe and would have made a wonderful addition to my capsule wardrobe. Sadly, the shoe is just too wide for my wider than normal foot.

As a guy I love these much better than the men's selection. The men's models are way too clunky looking and heavy (it's like trying to drag cocerete blocks around on your feet all day. They are expectedly a bit narrow as they are a women's size, but I just went a size up. These do take a bit of getting used to walking around in as they roll forward. My biggest issue with them is I can't drive in them because of the thick heel (the men's models would be even worse!). No big deal to kick them off and use the bare feet.

I own multiple pairs of Fit Flops and have enjoyed wearing them very much-very comfortable and stylish. I was thinking of getting a pair of Surfa's for the beach, but the stripped fabrics were very nautical looking, but I did not feel that the fabric stripes would go with a lot of outfit, so I did not purchase a pair. . I would have preferred that the straps had small patterns and light colors which would have coordinated better with a variety of outfits. I also think that the soles should not contain dark colors as they would get very hot sitting in the sun.
