Great sleek shoe, 8W fits my 8W foot perfectly. Wish they had a nude color, the taupe is a lovely quiet elegant color, but doesn't really go with anything - it's more gray than brown whereas taupe is supposed to be equally gray and brown. The luggage color is loud. It is a "look at my shoes" kind of loud. Blue and Cherry are obviously not my cup of tea. Black...I don't need. Nude color, like the Vellore flats would be perfect. Alas. The leather is soft, it does crease easily. These would break in easily. The design of the shoe makes it quite easy to walk in, they stay on with no slippage unlike the Vellore flats. The insole is removable. When possible, I try to size up 1/2 size to replace the insole with a Vionic for the arch support, but that does not work with this shoe: a) the 8.5W are too long, and leave a big gap in the heel and they slip off. b) Putting a Vionic insole in the 8W makes them too tight. If they had the nude color, I would keep them and just use the insole that comes with it.

I’ve worn Softwalk shoes for years. The fit is always right on. This shoe is stylish and so comfortable. I will probably buy a different color!

I ordered both an 11N and an 11M. The narrow probably would have been the correct size for me but there is very little room in the toe box and it did not feel comfortable. The medium was too loose on my heel. Both are being returned.

Classy all leather take on the classic loafer. This shoe will elevate any outfit, and the leather is easy upkeep than suede.

I wear a 6 and/or a 6.5 depending on the shoe. I ordered a size 6 and it fits fine. That would make it a true to my size 6. Just a heads up. Extremely comfortable. The shoe appears long and sleek with a slight heel - very flattering. As far as arch support, I always judge it by how my foot (and back) feel after walking around on Costco's cement floor for an hour. It pasted the test with flying colors.

I wore my typical size 8.5W and they fit well and were comfortable right out of the box. The leather is soft and didn’t require a break in period, and the small wedge adds a bit of height while still being easy to walk on.

Nice, and soft, plenty of toe room. I normally wear 8.5 but found I need a 9 in the Softwalk shoes. These were great, but found some I liked just a little more (Trotters). Almost kept these too.

I have two different size ankles because one being broken, therefore I have to go with the wider width. These feel like slippers on my feet. You can always add a heel pad, but you can't always get the width you need.

Too tight

Fit & size were fine (7.5 with normal width) - they look good for work. These loafers are, however, quite uncomfortable - not much arch support and the soles are extremely hard. I expected a soft inner sole (from a brand called SoftWalk, maybe something memory foam or even a regular shoe inner sole)... But they are just solid. Being on my feet a lot, can't say I'd repeat the purchase or recommend overall if you are on your feet a lot.

Was a bit tight- I wear a narrow. Cute style though.

I'm usually a 10.5 / 11. In this shoe I was 10 (W). They slip slightly at the back and my foot rolls slightly, but I will keep them anyway as I find it difficult to find shoes that fit. They are a soft leather.

In recent years, when I buy shoes marked Narrow, they are fitting like Medium. This pair was too wide.

For the past several years, shoes marked as Narrow have begun to fit as Medium. I have had SoftWalk before, and they fit fine. These were too wide.

Nice looking shoe, unfortunately the toe box is too narrow.

I was disappointed. Softwalk shoes are usually narrow enough and immediately comfortable. These were too narrow in the front and gapped at the side when I walked

I have always liked Softwalk shoes. These are nice looking shoes but are uncomfortable for me. I have a high arch and these are painful for me to wear, For some one who does not have a high arch, these would be very stylish and comfortable.
