Gorgeous boot but runs small and narrow, unusual for this brand. Purchased my normal 9W, didn’t fit, tried 9.5w, still too small and very narrow for a wide

This is a follow up to my original review, in which I stated that the boots are beautiful but run very small and narrow. I reordered them in a full size larger than my normal size and they are GREAT! The toe is still a bit narrow and stiff but the body of the boot has enough room to make them comfortable overall. I normally wear a EE and while these are only listed as Wide they are roomy enough to wear all day, plus they are VERY cute. Bonus!

These are beautiful boots that look way more expensive than they are. However, they run really small. I'm going to try them a full size larger and hope for the best. I have other SoftWalk brand shoes in the exact size I purchased that verge on too loose. These I couldn't get off my feet fast enough, WOW did they hurt.

Beautifully made shoe for 10 N, true to size and has a narrow heal that does not slip. It's just not the perfect shoe for me.

These are cute boots but I am returning them because of my difficult-to-fit feet. It's a nice chocolate brown. I thought the faux shearling was an unnecessary detail relegating the boots to a winter-only look. I always appreciate brands that have removable insoles. It makes life to much easier for those of us with foot challenges looking for attractive footwear. So kudos to SoftWalk for offering that option.

Not really a wide shoe

this runs really narrow. I ordered a wide and it felt like a really tight medium. My foot isn't overly wide either. Also, shearling is only only collar. It's not lined with it as stated

I cannot fathom how these can be labeled as a wide width. Ridiculously narrow. However, the boots are beautiful and I wish I did not have to return these...

Boots are really cute. Too bad they are really narrow (even the wide width) and uncomfortable. Returned.
