Love love love. I ordered the wide, which was *just* wide enough for me, so I suspect the regular size runs a bit narrow. These have great arch support and look and feel well made. Look nicer in person than online!

The sizing differs from other softwalk boots by about 1/2” and the Wide width is much narrower. Having to return due to this issue. Pictures beside the 9W tall SoftWalk Inara boots that I love.

I love the look of these boots so much! However, the sizing/width is definitely off (I've read this in other reviews on the web, too). I first ordered them in my usual size, 8M. They just felt too small overall so I ordered a half-size up, but stayed with the medium width (so, 8.5M). Those felt better size-wise but were still SO narrow, especially in the toebox area. Finally I ordered them in 8.5W. (I've never needed footwear in wide width, so this was a first.) They felt . . . better . . . but the right one felt SO much tighter/more narrow than the left. I love them so much I took a chance and kept/started wearing them. My right foot toes felt so squished! LAST RESORT: I took them to our local shoe repair guy yesterday. He stretched just the right boot for me and - voila! - now it feels great! WHEW. They really are such a great style and seem quite well made. I bought them in another color (on another website), too. I hope to have them for a long time.

I have very narrow feet, but don’t want to walk around in shoes that look like orthotics. Softwalk has never let me down. Cute, fashionable, well fitting, and comfortable! Money we’ll spent.

So happy with these boots! When they arrived, my usual 7.5 felt pretty snug and I had to skip my super thick socks, but I gave them a couple weeks. At first I felt like maybe I should have gone up a .5 size but now that I've worn them many times, I'm really glad I kept my usual size. They are a warm cozy snug fit which I'd rather have than too much room. I love the color too! The "luggage" color is a bit lighter in person than the photo and honestly that's what I was hoping.

I *do* love the look and feel and color . . . but the sizing is off. I always wear an 8/medium width, but they were so snug. Then I tried an 8/wide width, and they were snug, too. Finally I got an 8.5/wide width. I'm trying them on right now with thin socks . . . they feel comfy overall but the toebox still seems sooo narrow/snug for a wide-width boot. Very odd. I might take a chance and keep them for a little bit in hopes that they get more comfy (this seemed to work for another person who wrote a review about something similar).

Seriously? These felt like size 6 Narrow...I think someone at the factory messed up. Definitely NOT size 7 Wide. So disappointed. Very cute, ridiculously narrow and tiny in the footbed.

I ordered 10W ( i need more room in toe box but am not wide everywhere else) and they fit great. Very happy with the purchase and the quality and comfort are awesome. Keep making SOFFT in WIDE please!!

Sadly, too small for me, but beautiful boots, soft supple leather, well made and very nice.

I could not get the boots on, so cannot tell you how they felt.

I like the shoes but will return for another pair. The pair I received was obviously used. There were scuff marks on the shoes and debris left on the soles of both shoes. Very unexpected and gross surprise

These were really nice looking boots and I live Softwalk but the 8 were still so small and I normally wear a 7.5. Do I had to return. Not sure if I want to try the 8.5.

The toe box was too narrow.

Seems to be well made. Fit was a bit too snug and I have a narrow foot. For the brand name being Softwalk, it felt like the boot would take some breaking in.

I usually wear a 7.5 in boots and shoes but bought an 8 because of what I read. The 8 was very very tight so they are going back. I have purchased Softwalks before but not boots. Perhaps I will try a wider style but not sure.

Beautiful boot but not sized correctly. What a shame-my foot could not get in the boot at all. I ordered a 12 W and that has never happened before.

Although the fit felt 1/2 size too short, if I go up in sizing then it will be too wide. The toe box hits me in the wrong spot. Soft Walk made more comfortable shoes in the past. This pair looks great, nice leather, but the inside appears to be made with lower quality materials. So disappointed! Had really hoped that this would be a keeper. Zappos offers a lot, but as everywhere, the Narrow options are limited. Thank you Zappos for your prompt and reliable service!

I ordered my normal size, 10.5 wide. This shoe is small and the leather is very stiff. It was hard to get on. Once on, it was very uncomfortable. I felt like it would be bruised on the top of my pinky toe if I had kept it on very long. I did like the way it looked and I wish it had fit. I recommend sizing up

Great looking, boots I definitely wanted to keep, but they are incorrectly labeled. The “wide” is in fact a NARROW. So these boots are in reality offered in a narrow, and then two widths that are narrower than that. I ordered a half size up, and wide width. The length was fine (having sized up), but the width was just wildly incorrect. Too bad!

The 11 was really a 10. I wear 11s but could not wear these! Too small!

If you have a high arch then these shoes will never fit your foot. This style needs to have two zippers on each boot to get a foot in. I loved the look of this boot. I was so disappointed that they would not fit. I tried several sizes. Then I reallized it needed a second zipper to get a foot in the shoe. As far as comfort I would not know because I was unable to get my foot in the shoe.

Incorrect sizing, by about two sizes. Not sure why Zappos is relying on customers overwhelming number of ‘buyer beware’ reviews and not dropping these until Softwalk corrects the obvious error. Disappointing because very cute style, which they do not ACTUALLY make in my size.
