These are so cute but NARROW! I got a wife just for a little extra comfort and couldn’t wiggle my toes. I’m Very disappointed because they are such cute shoes. Order a wide for a typical foot. Don’t order period if you need a wide shoe.

In my opinion, they seem to be half a size longer than usual. They are not the most cushioned sole. They are very comfortable but seem to have kind of a hard stiff sole.

I recently hurt a toe and my foot is still swollen. I’ve been wearing some old (wide) Brooks shoes but needed more support so decided to try these in a wide. They are not very wide so I haven’t been able to wear them. I do like the look and they seem like they will be comfortable but not with a swollen toe sadly.

length ok, width not very wide will try stretching the right foot but I have had previous brands that wide meant wide and would fit my R foot. No Arch support disappointed not sure what to do, NB was always a go to for wide width

These shoes look great, and for the first couple of months seemed to be ok. Then I could tell that they had started to deteriorate on the inside, where you can't see, but you feel it. They did NOT last as long as i had thought they would. Not enough cushion or arch support. Unfortunately, I've noticed the lack of quality with New Balance in the last couple of year. Looks like I'll be trying something different next time.

Was way too big. Will order smaller size.

I wanted to love these but they were just too flat for my needs and VERY hot. Great looking shoe and would probably work fine for most of people.

Right foot was too narrow. Left foot fit perfectly. Ordered my usual size in running shoes and usual width (standard).

These ran small and were stiff. I also didn't like the purple and black color.

More of a greenish gray than a black gray Toe box is a bit on the narrow side for running, but is fine for just walking around

Love the look of these! Tried them on briefly when arrived and thought they were a little stiff. Then wore them on my daily 4mi walk and my feet were killing me!! I’ve had several styles of New Balance fresh foam sneakers and these feel nothing like the others. I ended up getting some sneaker inserts from Zappos and was able to save these from getting donated. These also seem to run narrow which for me was ok because I have narrow feet.

These are comfortable and attractive, but they run long and narrow. Must return them.

The forefoot was unusual in dimension, not truly a wide fit.

I have always liked FRESH FOAM. However these shoes do not fit properly. Very constricting. Do not recommend. Also make sure you like the markings on them before you buy them. Very conspicuously marked.

Have been wearing a size 12 my entire life and they are getting smaller and smaller. My toes were smashed at the very end of the shoes, with thin/lightweight socks. This was while sitting. I didn't want to stand up in them. I'll have to look into ordering men's athletic shoes again and wearing thick socks. So disappointed.

Had to return and go up a size. Super comfortable but one shoes makes a ridiculous sound when I step.

The shoe I received is not the shoe shown in the photo. I’m keeping because it is difficult to find wide shoes to accommodate my orthotics. I expected more from zappos though in terms of product representation. Box was not even a new balance box.

I really don't think this pair of shoes was sized correctly. It was very uncomfortable.

I walk every day and am looking for supportive sneakers. I'm a big fan of New Balance so was excited to get these. Unfortunately, there is ZERO arch support in these shoes and my feet were numb and sore just walking around the house. Had to return them and am still looking!

I ordered wide but the wide is too small. I found them too snugg and the foam was not cushion enough for the hard soles.
