This is a light, comfortable street running shoe with significant support. My foot and knee pain have totally resolved wearing these shoes. It feels great even after 6 miles. I tend to run 12-15 miles a week. They feel wonderful on your feel and are comfortable and supportive to run in. The foam right under the sole is supper flexible with the sole material being very thin. That could be why others found it does not hold up well for trail running. For street running it is awesome and I ordered a second pair.

These might be the most comfortable tennis shoes I've ever worn... I work in a warehouse and walking on concrete throughout the day and so far these are great.

First, if you order the orange know that they are insanely loud! You could flag down a plane with these shoes. As for the fit, I've had them about 3 weeks and the right shoe feels like it is losing its support in the outer portion. This is the second time it's happened with a pair of New Balance shoes - my foot feels like it's going off the side of the shoe, rubs my outer toe bad. I literally can't wear them anymore. Not buying this brand anymore.

Shoes were perfect! Zappos Customer service and timelines was top notch as always :) I have 2 pairs of the Trail v2 men’s size 8.5 I got the same size for the v3 and fit perfectly just like the v2. I will definitely get more pairs if they make more/different color schemes. I highly recommend!

Really comfortable walking on a large bed of rubber. Fits my orthotics with insert removed, and even in a medium width. Really one of the more comfortable and bouncy sneakers I have ever worn.

This is my third pair of the Fresh Foam X More Trial v3. They are light weight for their bulk and feel very soft on your feet while supplying lots of support. I run about 20-25 miles on the streets a week and the sole lasts between 270-350 miles on that surface. I only wish the newer version were this good.

These are the best shoes. I came back to order my second pair after I wore the first ones slap out but my size wasn’t available, so I settled for some hokas, the new balance would have been my first choice. I have no complaints about this shoe. Would recommend to anyone.

Never going back. I've already spent two weeks in Paris in these (15k steps/10km a day!) and work out in them too. I have funky feet, and you do, too, if you're looking at these babies. Dare I say they're... fashionable?

I went with a size 4 – E with due to the fact that I am on my feet for 12 hours at my shift in the hospital. I work between 8 to 10 hour days straight, 12 hours each shift. My feet will start to swell at about 8 to 9 hours, therefore that extra width in the shoe feels just about right toward the end of my shift and not too tight. The cushion is pretty impressive as well when on your feet for these durations that I put in.

This is my second pair of these shoes and the shoe is proportional with a larget enough toe box for a 4E shoe. New Balance gets it right!

I injured my knee as a teenager, and had mostly given up on any sort of jogging or running as an adult as a result, but the cushion on these is so ridiculous that it's like I'm hopping around on a trampoline. I can't overstate how fundamentally *weird* walking on these are: the sole is TALL (you'll feel like you're riding ten feet off the ground), and the tread is *very* noisy when you're walking on flat surfaces (I assume the non-trail version is probably quieter). But the incredible stability and "bounciness" of these makes you feel like you could run for days, and more importantly, my knee doesn't click and pop after I jog on these. That's more enough for me to give these my highest endorsement.

I have wide feet with a large bunion on my left foot. I've worn various models of NB's trail running shoes for over a decade. All have been satsifactory, but even the 4Es were quite wide enough. I received my first pair of these this morning and have been wearing them all day. Without a doubt the most comfortable running shoes I've ever worn, and I have tried on A LOT OF 'EM. I have ordered two more pairs. I'm in love.

I am 6'1", 260 lbs. 70 years old. I walk about 10 miles a week on easy trails with dogs. These are the best fitting shoe I've ever had; and I've owned dozens of pairs of NB shoes. Finally, a toe box wide enough so as to not create or aggravate an ingrown nail. Although I love the cushioning, I could see some folks may not. Because of the extra cushioning, you lose a little lateral support, so they're not great for a lot of roots and rocks. For me, great. Wish they came in something not orange.

Love the feel of these shoes. Very comfortable. Like the overlarge sole as it helps me keep my balance.

I have balance problems and the flare of the sole is helping me keep it!

Reminds me of Hoka Speedgoat, but with better arch support. I'm a bigger guy with narrow US14 feet, so it's hard to find comfy shoes for my daily 4 mile hikes, so far these fit the bill, would buy again if they last awhile.

These shoes are ridiculously comfortable, like walking on little pillows with good traction. They are so thick that I feel noticeably taller when I put them on. I think they look kind of ridiculous, but comfort > style for this kind of shoe. The mesh breathes really well, which keeps your feet dry but can be uncomfortable if it’s cold out.

While these shoes are true to size I’m experiencing swelling so they just didn’t work out but, these shoes are amazing to look at, amazingly comfortable, and super stylish! I will revisit this style after surgery.
