The first two pair I received had construction flaws, but exchanging them was hassle-free. The final pair I received are constructed we'll, fit nicely, are are what I expected.

They were nice & comfortable, until after about the seventh week my right slipper came undone.

My Dad (95yo) has worn these slippers for decades and loved them. I love mine too! Recently ordered Dad a new pair. Due to leg and foot swelling, he could not get the 10 on his foot. Ordered an 11, and still no go. Have they gone down in size?? So I have two pairs to send back. I want to try another wicked good slipper style, but getting discouraged. :(

These were a replacement for the old slippers after many years. Very nice and warm. Only problem is the tags sewn into the seam - inside the slipper, with potential rubbing.

I've purchased so many pairs of these Wicked Good Slippers over the years. A really comfortable slipper. The one caveat is that they really only last about a year due to the stitching wearing out, coming undone. Due to this flaw I end up purchasing a new pair roughly every year or so.

Frustrating. I bought these slippers to replace the exact same item that I purchased 19 years ago. My old ones held up excellent all that time, except I had to repair a stretch of the heavy cord holding the uppers to the sole awhile back. Alas, 19 years is a long time and they are getting to the end of their story. The new slippers appear to be of the same quality as the old. Extremely warm. The deep wool feels like your feet are in a heated cloud. But I had to order three pairs to finally get a pair that kind of fits. My originals were 11Ms, so that's what I bought. The left one fit very nicely, the right pinched my toes. You could see at a glance there was something wrong; the toe too pointed and a distortion on the side. Returned them. No hassle, no cost. The second pair, still 11Ms, were both uniform, but both too small. I tried wearing them a few days to see if they'd stretch, but finally had to return them. I reluctantly ordered 12Ms the third time. These fit Ok, but kind of weird. The feel like they want to slip to the outside under my feet. And, the right toe, again, is slightly pinched and, again, you can see it is too pointed just looking at it in comparison to the left. Due to ordering a size large, though, I think these will stretch out to where they will fit comfortably. Now I'm just concerned they will eventually become so stretched that keeping them on will be difficult. They are at the edge of fitting too loose even now. I appreciate that these are apparently hand made in the USA, and very high quality, but that's just too much variability between samples. If you were right at the store and could try on a number of pairs it might be OK. Ordering online; very cumbersome and time consuming. So, frustrating.

One shoe was noticeably longer than the other (by about 1/2 size to 1 size), even after accounting for a small difference in foot size. Otherwise these are as wonderful and well-made as always. Sending the set back.

These slippers have a nice ankle height. They will keep my feet warm in the house. I was surprised that my feet seem to slide sideways in them easily. I don't remember that happening on the other similar slippers I had. The sole seems to be different than the others.

The slippers were a bit tight at first and pretty hard to get on. I ordered larger than my shoe size because who likes tight slippers? The bottoms were fairly rolled which made walking at first difficult. But after a few weeks of break-in, they are starting to feel like slippers finally.

Pet Peeve Alert....Being rather technical and a bit of a QA geek, asymmetry drives me nuts, and this is my third pair of wicked good slippers in which the fleece on the top of one slipper is like 3/4 of an inch and the other is around 1/4 of an inch (but they are still the only slipper I ever buy because of the comfort).

I like these slippers a lot - they fit good and feel good - waiting for foot bed to settle down as there is not much stability.

Great slippers for cold floors. These run small - had to return for 12 when I wear 11 in everything else.

I know there ARE other slippers to choose from, but I received these as a gif from my very thoughtful grandma 2 or 3 Xmas's ago. I've been trying to track down the exact slipper (thank goodness for item number tags!!) Because I need to know how to spot clean the outside safely. Oh and for the 4/5 stars...if I had picked my own slippers I would prefer HARD soles so they don't pick every bit of dirt (and in my case, cat litter) and I can't wear them out of my apartment/outside

I would have liked a bit more support and a sturdier sole, but these slippers are extremely warm and comfortable.

My husband loves these slippers. After 2 years, LLbean replaced them because they were damaged. The stitching ripped out. The replacement lasted 10 years. Now that there is no life time guaranteed, he needed another pair. I rated a 4 instead of a 5 due to only 1 year guarantee.

Very nice comfortable slippers. I only give them a 4 because for the price, I would expect them to last a little longer. My family has had a few of these and the padding under the heal wears out. Even the seam on the side blew out on one pair. But they are NICE when new!

Comfortable and plush, and as expected, a little tight in the beginning, but loosened up in a few days. Tag is in annoying spot. You will want to cut it out, though hard not to leave an annoying stub.

I really love these slippers. They are very comfortable and soft and keep my feet very warm. I'm hoping they last a long time. My previous slippers (of a different brand altogether) suffered from the soles cracking and breaking off. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating was because of a size issue. I wear size 9 1/2 shoe so I ordered a size 10 slipper. When they arrived, the size was correct; however, the top of the slipper was sewed so far up toward the ankle it made putting on the slipper very tight. I was concerned the slipper's top seam would split over time trying to force my foot past it. I returned those (a very easy process) and got the next size up, size 11. Problem solved! They go on and off easily, the extra length isn't noticable (especially if I wear socks), and they are soooo comfortable! Highly recommend these slippers, just one size above what you normally wear.

This is my first time with LLBeans sheepskin slippers. I thought I would try them as they were on sale. I wear a size 11.5 women's shoe and thus a 10.5 men's shoe. I originally sized up to a men's 11. They were way too long, so I exchanged for a 10. There is still sufficient length in the toe area. It makes me wonder if the women's slipper size 11, would have worked. The heel area on these slippers is a little loose laterally, but liveable. There is a foam bedding in the sole which is not common in the sheepskin slippers I have previously purchased. May provide additional warmth from my cold floors. Overall still evaluating, but encouraged.

The tag with size etc is sewn in the bottom of the slipper right in the middle of the arch. It is supposed to be sewn so it lays flat so you don't feel the stiff folded fabric of the tab. One was fine and one is sewn in wrong so it pokes my foot right in the middle of the arch. I think they could us a softer material for the tag.

I bought a pair for each of my sons, a green in size 11 and a tan in size 10. I myself wear a size 9. I tried them both on. The size 10 had a much roomier toe-box than the size 11. The size 11 was quite tight on my foot.

fantastic slippers. warm, comfy & good traction. the only reason i give them four stars instead of five, is because they each of them have tags on their insoles. right at their arches. which is only an issue occasionally, while putting them on. but, for a $90 pair of slippers i was suprised. other than that, they're amazing!

Love these slippers! I wish they were just about an inch taller so they cover my ankles more. Also, I think the dye used in the suede must be very odorus, as they don't smell much like leather. Next time I'll order the natural colored ones.
