They are beautiful, but I ordered the wrong size. Need a 12.

Warm, comfortable and well-made, I just wish they came in wide widths.

This is the third pair I have bought for my husband. They are still nice slippers, but the quality is not as good. The lining is not as plush and the soles are thinner material. We hope these last as long as the previous pairs.

Very plush and comfy slippers. I like that they come up high enough to keep my ankles warm. Only downside is the tag stitched in where it pokes the arch of my foot constantly. Why??

long lasting value, comfy, cozy. I bought a new pair. well these are a bit tight, I normally wear a size 10 Ascis, new balance, The slippers feel like a 9, and a bit narrower than expected. So if you have simple 10 wide feet-it won't fit ideally. If your foot is narrow, order up on full size. Will return product as it doesn't fit as expected for a product of listed size

I love these slippers, I've had several pair over the years. They are warm and very comfortable. The one recurring problem is the thread used to connect the sole to the uppers. It wears through much to quickly. Getting them repaired at a local shoe shop really increases the effective cost of the slippers. As the slippers get 'broken in', they stretch (as leather does) and the lacing eventually starts to wear. I think using rawhide laces instead of the thread lacing would last much longer.

My husband loved his first pair of these slippers! They lasted for three years, and he wears them every day. BUT, they no longer offer them in a wide width. So frustrating! If you don't have wide feet, these slippers are well worth the expense.

5 Stars for the craftsmanship. 4 Stars for the buyers/designers/whoever-is-in-charge of this product line. Why only 4?
A) the heel tab is way too teeny-tiny (can't really acquire a suitable grasp on it to help pull the slipper on)
B) designers must still assume most of us have POINTY feet - fortunately my toes like each other
C) would love to buy a pair for my sister, but NO WIDES ?

Warm and very comfortable but I wish the footbed was wider. My feet are constantly sliding out to the side when walking or turning. It is my second winter with them and any extra break in hasn't seemed to help. I ordered my true size. Maybe a smaller size would help but I probably would get the boot moc if I did it over again. Those look like they have more suport.

I would give these slippers a 5 star rating if I could buy them in my proper size that fit better. Unfortunately LL Bean no longer offers the wider width sizes so they fit me a bit too snuggly to be as comfortable as previous slippers I've bought from them, which used to come in the wide size. Otherwise, I enjoy the plush warmth they provide my feet, but they'd be more comfortable if they were wider, for me at least.

as a female with wide feet, I ordered a mens slipper for the extra width. It is better, albeit a little too long.
But, Now I can wear socks with my slippers and not have my feet hurt.
PLEASE LLBean, make WIDE width slippers

I'm a woman who typically wears a Women's 9.5 Regular (B Width) in slippers, sandals, and flats, the Men's equivalent of which would be an 8 Narrow (B Width). I sometimes need a Women's Wide (D Width), but a Men's Wide (E Width) is typically too wide for me, except for LL Bean's Wicked Good Slippers. I purchased these as a replacement for my 10+ year-old Men's Size 8 Wide (E Width) Wicked Good Slippers. These are no longer made in a Wide, so I purchased a Regular (D Width). The new 8s were significantly shorter in length, so I had to exchange them for 9s, which was the right length. The initial feel is that they're a little narrow and I do wish LL Bean still offered the wide. I'm going to try them for a while and see if the regular width ends up being ok with some wear and stretching. I'm giving these 4 stars for lack of width options and because they do run both short and narrow, but the quality appears to be the same as it was.

I have been buying these slippers for many years. This time I noticed that they have changed the sole. I prefer the original.

My husband lives in these slippers. He likes the fit and style. I will say, though, that they wear out more quickly than they used to and the leather has torn when he pulls them on.

They barely last one season in South Georgia. Tile floor. The stitching of the sole to the upper is not durable.

Overall comfortable, but two issues:
There is a tag in each shoe that cannot be removed and scratches the arch of the foot.
My foot is size 9 1/2, but sizes in the catalog are a choice between 9 and 10. I picked the 9, which is a bit snug. The fur lining has some "give," which gives the fit a bit of slack.

Takes a few days to break them in and is normal in the process as for the first few days will be a tight fit. True to size. Well worth the investment. Picked up 2nd pair after first pair wore out after 10 + years. Quality craftsmanship from an established company. Highly recommend.

Super comfortable, very warm, but I wish they'd bring back the wide version. These are too narrow for my feet.

Width and stitching seem to be a real problem. My current pair has a white tab on the inside of each slipper which can not be removed without damaging the slipper and is very uncomfortable under foot. Rather than encouraging so many people to return their slippers if not satisfied, why not address the quality control problems which you say you take seriously, but the growing number of negative reviews tell another story.

Twelve-year-old son loves these slippers. He received them at Christmas and immediately put them on. They are comfortable, quiet and warm. We were looking for a soft sole and these fit the bill.

I've worn these LLBean slippers for over 20 years and loved them. Unfortunately, LLBean has changed the sizing. They used to offer wide and medium width. I wore medium width and the slippers were fine. Now LLBean has changed the sizing which are now cut very narrow, almost more for a woman's foot instead of a man. As a result, I can no longer wear the medium width and LLBean no longer offers the wide width. I had to return them.
