Because of my health, I spend a great deal of time indoors and needed a long lasting, durable, yet very comfortable indoor slipper. They also needed to provide enough warmth in cold weather. These slippers turned out to be the ideal choice. While they were just a tad smaller and narrower than I had expected for a 'wide', the quality and construction is excellent. These are very well crafted and extremely warm and comfortable. The leather is nice and supple with a well balanced lining for good warmth. They are also light weight enough to keep my feet from getting tired after hours of wear. I'm more than satisfied and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an ankle high slipper.

I have wide feet and had to go to the men's size of this slipper in a wide to get them wide enough. The men's 7W was the smallest, a bit long, but not bad for my feet. I do wish they had come wider in the women's size as my heels are a bit loose in the men's size. The good news is these slippers are WICKED! good, comfortable, warm. I like the fact that they come up on your ankle as I had had the scuff type of these before. this version keeps my feet a lot warmer.

It took me a while to find a pair of size 13 Wide slippers for my husband online, so it was a relief to finally find these. These slippers were very well made, true to size with a very soft lining and a cushy insole. The sole is also soft leather...he was expecting a rubber sole (to walk outside, if necessary), but it's all leather. Other than that, they arrived very quickly and hopefully will last a long time.

The only thing my son did not like is the lack of indoor/outdoor sole. Back they go!

Ordered mens' slippers since I have a wide foot; fit great. My only complaint is that the sole should be wider to make it more stable. My foot tends to slide off the sole; have to be careful not to twist my ankle.

I bought these slippers for my husband. Wish I'd bought some for myself too. They are incredibly comfortable as they wrap the entire foot in snug warmth. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is due to LLBeans abysmal shipping routine. In the past year or so everytime I order something I wind up calling to see where my order is. They used to be fast.

True to their name, the slippers are "wicked good" for my husband while he putzes around in the garage. NO more cold feet in Colorado! They are very wide, however, and he has wide feet so keep that in mind. He sloshes a bit in them.

I bought these slippers for my husband for Christmas. He loves that they are very warm and comfortable, and he seems to be wearing them in place of his old favorites. The only thing he said he didn't like about them is the stitching around the sole which is finished with a bulky suede cord. It looks nice but makes the sole a little narrower and he feels like if his foot were to roll over the stitching it would be easy to twist an ankle. He's a chiropractor, so he's pretty critical of footwear. Other than that they look durable, well-made and cozy. Once again, well done, LLBean.

These honestly are the best slippers I have ever owned. That being said, I have never spent more than $20 dollars on a pair in the past so I guess you get what you pay for. My only gripe is that due to the wool interior, it's possible to slide within the slipper. For example, I tend to find myself sliding off of the sole of the slipper. Now I have thin feet, so I did indeed get the right width. And while it doesn't happen all the time, it can be a jarring to say the least when climbing stairs.

I live in the midwest where our winters tend to get pretty brutal. I picked up these Wicked Good Slippers last week and absolutely love them! They are super warm and very comfortable around the house. For the price of the product, the value is very high. I didn't know much about the product before I bought it, but then again everything I have gotten from LL Bean has been of good quality. The product tends to run long. I usually wear an 8 and these are a quite long even as an 8. This isn't always a bad thing, especially if you wear bulky socks in the winter. One more thing to keep in mind is these are all leather and wool slippers! They don't have much arch support in them, and also don't have a rubber or composite sole. If you are looking for something you can take outside to get the mail or take out the garbage, these aren't the slippers for you. But if you will just be chilling in the house, they work great!

This is the 2nd pair of these slippers for my husband. His first pair lasted for two years of daily wear. They are well made, but his normal size was much too short. I'll order a size up and hope it's not too big.

These are really warm slippers and fell great on. The one caveat is because they do not have a hard sole if you need at least minimal arch support these may not be for you.

we had to return these as my husband couldn't walk in them. He has a very weak ankle and since the sole wasn't the same as his older slippers (the same slipper actually) his foot turned so that he couldn't walk in them. we've always loved these Wicked Good Slippers.

A wnderful product, but it was even better in the past when 1/2 sizes were available. I need 10 1/2 wide; 11 is too big, so I order 10 wide and wait until they stretch to be truly comfortable. Also, it would be nice if the fuzzy inner lining was more durable, but I accept that may be in the nature of the material.

2nd pair. First one's wore out. Very comfortable after the initial break in period. I wear them all the time. In fact wearing them right now.

These slippers were just as described and really the most comfortable slippers I've had in a long long time. I had just a minor adjustment to begin with on walking with them, because it felt like I was walking a tight rope but then the soles flattened out and they are great.

love them, warm and comfortable..

I've had these a few weeks, they are very fuzzy + warm. Walking feels a little weird at first to keep your feet on the sole but is easy to adapt to. I'm a bit nervous about the durability, especially the lining under the foot and in the heal but time will tell.

These men's slippers are so warm and comfortable on a cold winter's night around the house. They are something one looks forward to putting on after a day at work. They are well constructed and nice looking, very durable.

I purchased these slippers for my husband. He has gone through two pair, one after the other. Each pair has lasted a long time. He loves the slippers. He needs comfort for both feet and these are great. When we received his new pair though we were surprised at the odor from the soles of the slippers. Maybe they had been in the box too long. Anyways, we have had to air them out so he could wear them. I don't know what the odor was from the sole. I would recommend these slippers; normally the sole does not come with an odor.

My 99 year old father loves the slippers because they are easy to put on and take off, and they are WARM.

My husband has worn these slippers for some years now. We just received the slippers not too long ago. Maybe I had read the description wrong, but I thought that we were ordering the same shoe that he had been wearing (with a hard sole), but now the sole is leather. I really liked the hard sole better because you don't have to be as careful around any moist area on the ground. I guess as long as you wear it in the house it should be fine.

Good fit, toasty and plush, however the stiching has worn out on two pairs before the sheep skin does. Have no fear, Bean warranted the repair without question.
