I've had these shoes for not quite a year and bought them specifically to wear for hiking on vacations and on crumby days hiking at home. I took them on a Dec. 2023 trip and they were fine. Now on Sept. 2024 trip they get wet inside on the lateral aspect of both feet. I am disappointed in the brand, less than a year is not getting your money's worth. Poorly made product for everyone or just my pair slipped past quality control?

I bought these after a lot of research and trying on various brands. They were purchased for a 5 day hike (130km) around Ireland of mixed terrain. The inside heels split open day 3. Toe bed was great.

What a disappointment, these shoes looked hopeful. I ran on my treadmill to give them a try but they are so narrow my left foot was aching. I am returning. Why oh why does the original foot shape not give the option of wide width. And please Altra, put the weight of the shoes in the specs. Some are Not light enough for running and it's hard to pick a light in weight pair.

I gave these shoes one star because I love the Altra fit. But don't waste your money on this model if you're looking for weather protection. My feet were soaked immediately just walking across a damp lawn, and then the shoes take forever to dry. I'll stick with the non-"waterproof" version in the future, since at least they dry fast once wet.

So disappointed in these shoes. Yours were only all-weather runners I could wear that were a true foot shaped wide runner and now they are turning into every other runner out there. Stick with what you do best, foot shaped shoes! I'm moving to Topo shoes now as they are actually wide!

Why do women's shoes too often have to look like they belong in a k-pop video?? It's so sexist. I'm a grown-up and I want grown-up colors, please.
