Gore TX really does keep your feet dry! Comes in W for the extra toe room, but still fits snug fo no slipping on the trails. I've worn with both thin and thick socks. Excellent ankle support and easy to adjust the laces for the right fit especially as feet start to swell towards the end of a long hike.

Absolutely happy with these hiking shoes, no creak in time needed. Super ankle support and great rock grabbing.

I was looking for a pair of light trail shoes and these are absolutely fantastic. They're comfy, stable, and sleek, and I love the chocolate brown color.

I run mountain trails that are covered in several feet of snow, ice and mud during the winter/spring months. These shoes have the perfect trifecta: waterproof, solid grip, perfect fit for heavy socks without taking away from space in the toe box. This shoe is going to be my go-to for snow running, and will likely replace hiking boots in the summer.

Bought these for a trail race and they are comfortable. Trying out mids and these met my needs. Didn't have to break them in. Did a 5k trail race and they held up well.

These boots were amazing. I did a 14 mile hike and my feet were still in great shape.

Got my husband the men's version a year ago. Had the slow shipping issue others commented on (took a month to get them). He LOVES them. My light-hikers finally blew out, and Saucony Peregrines are my all-time fave trail runner, so I ordered these. Did a speed-hike, sorta run, in muddy wet conditions, including sand and rocky/rooty trail. Perfect! These will be my go-to for trail sessions with my non-running, but endurance nontheless, dog.

I just bought these and they are really nice. However, if you order the Dune color and are expecting orange, they are nothing like the picture. They are more of a subdued rust/ rose color, which another company is calling Beetroot. It is a nice color, but it is definitely not the color pictured.

The mid-foot arthritis makes walking in most shoes painful, especially in conventional hiking boots which I have relied on for years for winter walking. The only reliably comfortable shoes I have been able to wear for some time are Saucony running shoes. So I was delighted that I could replace my stiff leather hiking boots with this high-topped, warm, waterproof (GoreTex) running boot which has good treads on the soles for snowy weather. It is relatively lightweight, while being very flexible in the material on the top, and cushioned on the sole. Very grateful to have found it.

I walk my dog in a rural area on a lot of different surfaces. This shoe is perfect!

Perfect from the moment I first put my feet in them. I have ran in Saucony for sometime now, so I was hoping the hiking boots lived up to my expectations from Saucony. Guess what, they did and then some. If you're looking for something a little different from the mundane hiking boots that are out there, I highly recommend these!!!

These are very small. I would have exchanged but inventory is quite low and a larger size unavailable. I did, however, notice that the cushioning is exceptional.
I'd also recommend:
Hoka, Salomon

I purchase the shoes last month. This is my first pair of light weight hiking shoes. The fit was tight outnof the box, but after wearing them they fit and feel great on my feet. I rated a 4 because on of the upper eyelets pulled away from the fabric.
