The adjustment straps do not stay in position, always going back to maximum opening and straps twisting over. Buckle mechanism will not hold.This second pair that Zappos sent me to see if first pair were defective. Both had strap problem. Can't recommend them for this reason.

Extremely comfortable out of the box! I have a narrow foot and after tightening the strap down, I superglued it to keep it from moving and love them even more!

Great sandal for the pool and night time use. I used them at the beach, but I would not recommend this fine product to be used on sand and seawater. To each his own however.

The best sandal I ever owned. Do not pay attention to negative reviews. As always Cole Haan delivers. It is true to size. I always wear a 10 and this is a perfect on my feet. Also I don't need to tighten the strap because it fits perfectly. Customer service was amazing.
