In search of a narrow flat, I chose this shoe with the strap. The shoe fits so nicely I’m not sure the strap was even necessary. Very attractive and sort of stretchy at the upper banding. Only thing I don’t love it the heel; its just a little too low. Feels oddly low.

Read a review about these being on the narrow side, which I wanted. They are! But at the cost of also being a half size too short. So really the size 8 fits like a size 7.5. I’m just looking for a shoe without a rubber sole that will stay in my feet. I would wear these for dancing but not for style.

comfy, broke in easily

Wanted navy Mary Janes. Hard to find that weren’t cray expensive or super cheap looking. These are a good compromise. Not the highest quality but for the price they’ll do. TTS

Cute, runs small (size up 1/2 size as recommended), didn't like the thin material.

Since they are flat, these are very comfortable for walking in, even during longer periods. The traditional strap buckle feels very sturdy and overall they're a great style and color if you're looking for a gold mary jane. They don't offer much traction at the soles, so I wouldn't recommend running in them or any extremely strenuous activity. Wonderful quality and comfort. Basically flats that stay on better because of the strap. I don't find any friction or discomfort, and I went a half size up to allow a bit of room for an insole or cushion in case extra support was needed, but it may not be necessary.

The material is very soft which is nice, but the fit is so narrow, the vamp cut into my foot which was not comfortable. Unfortunately have to return.
