Beautifully presented, exceeded my wishes and expectations.

I purchased 2 necklaces, one for me and one for my daughter. They are beautiful and appear to be of high quality. They were well packaged and the pouch is pretty for storage when the necklaces aren't being worn. I'm very pleased overall. I only hope that the jewelry doesn't tarnish.

I loved this necklace so much that I bought it to be my daily wear necklace. After a few months though of daily wear (I would take it off to sleep and shower) it began to tarnish and the back began to peel really bad which is super disappointing because I loved it!

I received this necklace as a gift. I only wore it on special occasions and was surprised to see it had tarnished after only a couple of times wearing it. I followed the care and storage directions that were included in the packaging. I did not wear it while showering or use chemicals to clean it. I was saddened to find since I reached out to the company after the year warranty that they would do nothing more than offer a discount on a future purchase. Truly disappointed in this product!!!

Ordered on 11/30 and received on 12/13. Today is 12/23, the day before my birthday and the chain broke and pendant fell to the ground and got all scuffed up. Tried to utilize the online chat function but after an hour waiting with no response, Im sending customer care an email. Its a shame because its a beautiful piece.

The pendant is pretty. The sparkle of the jewelry is beautiful. The quality of the chain is not good. It broke after i had it for less than a week. That is very disappointing. This was almost $200 and I expected better quality than that.

I ordered the regular size and received the mini instead. As the piece was beautiful regardless I still received the wrong item. Thankful I was refunded the price difference.
