The shoes look good and fit well. The right one was really bothering the bottom of my foot so I took the insole out to see what the problem was and there are strings held down with a glop of glue. The left shoe had this same thing but the glue on that side wasn't so big. I even tried another pair because I really wanted to like them but they had the same problem. I bought some foam insoles to put in them too but I could still feel the bump.

Love these shoes! I am an adult with small feet. I am a beginner runner and bought these to train for my 5ks. I would buy these again!
